Specialties
Gosse’s Broasted Chicken is second to none and serves a true Sheboygan fish fry every day of the week. Gosse’s sandwiches are made «The Sheboygan Way»: served on a fresh hard-roll with your choice of condiments. You won’t find a brat patty here, only links. How else could you have a double brat?
History
Established in 2001.
Roger and Ruth Gosse have been in the restaurant business for many years. Their current location at The Northwestern House is the third establishment they have operated in Sheboygan. Gosse’s at The Northwestern House opened it’s doors in July of 2001 in a former boarding house built in 1914 that was later used by the Northwestern Railroad. Inside the restaurant you will find much train memorabilia including old photos of the switching house that previously resided across the street. The tracks are still active and trains can be seen and heard daily outside of the restaurant.
