Established in 2009.
«The Little Cooking School» is a part of Riverside Healing Arts Center in Shelburne Falls, MA. In 2009, Riverside Healing Arts expanded to include a classroom. A portable kitchen was created in order to bring Chef Marty’s culinary education skills to the public.

Business Owner
Martin Yaffee is an ACF certified Culinary Educator and Pastry Chef. Chef Marty owned and operated the Riverside Restaurant and Bakery in Shelburne Falls, MA and many people fondly remember his Sweet Pea Bakery that came before. After the closing of the Riverside, Marty developed the Green Fields Market bakery department and later became an adjunct professor in the culinary department at Holyoke Community College. He holds a graduate degree in music composition from Harvard University and approaches culinary creation with an eye for harmonious composition.
