AT&T

I was looking to change cell phone carriers. I had a couple of people suggest AT&T. For personal reasons, I disliked AT&T but I thought I would give them a chance. I was impressed at the way they handled the customer service when you walk in the door. They have someone there that takes your name and puts you on the waiting list. We went on a Monday afternoon and they were busy with a 30 minute wait. But it was worth the wait after our experience there. Sarah took great care of us the whole time. My switching over from one carrier to another and getting everything off my old phone when I didn’t have it backed up properly wasn’t the easiest and smoothest transfer. But Sarah went above and beyond and was very patient and reassuring that everything would be done correctly. She wanted to make sure that we left there with the reassurance that everything was fine with my new phone, that we were happy and that we felt we received the best service that she could provide. If you visit AT&T on Hall road, I would recommend asking for Sarah to assist you. She’s very detailed in everything from explaining things to you and assisting with your problems or concerns. Thank you Sarah! You’re the best! Five stars for Sarah. 4 only because of the 30 minute wait to be helped.
