George and his crew are simply the best in the area. Not only are their prices extremely reasonable but they do excellent, quality work. We had soffit vents, an attic fan, and baffles installed. George’s team was respectful, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who is in need of ventilation and insulation work. George was recommended to us by our inspector due to bat droppings and then bats keeping us up all night once we moved in. We called on a Friday afternoon to schedule an estimate and George ended up coming all the way out to Oxford at 8:30pm that same night. He checked inside and out in the dark to see what work needed to be done and explained everything to us for about 2 hours since we are nervous first-​time home owners. He also explained how to get all of our rebates and tax credits from the work to be done. We had the work done about 3 weeks later. His son-​in-​law and another gentleman did the work and they were both very professional as well. We had them do basically everything that they offer so I expected it to take a few days at minimum but they pulled an 11-​hour day and completed everything!
They did get startled by a bat and ended up breaking the ceiling drywall in one of our bedrooms but they gave us someone’s number who came and fixed it free of cost to us. Unfortunately the man they had us use was horribly inconsiderate and we only had him do 1 coat of paint (instead of the recommended 2) because he made us so miserable.
Another issue we had was that they did not cash our check for 4 weeks after the work was done. Even though we told them to cash it immediately and not wait for the ceiling to be fixed, they still hadn’t done it 3 weeks later. I called and asked them to that week and then they didn’t for another 2 weeks. Normally I wouldn’t care but it was the month of Christmas and it’s very deceiving to have a few thousand dollars in your account when you’ve promised it to someone else.
Everything about George was great, I just wish they would cash checks faster and use someone else to fix their mistakes.

Very professional and top notch work. I had my house and garage insulated since there were some problems with cold rooms, condensation and I also wanted to insulate my garage since we installed a furnace.
The work was done in late 2009, now 2012 is arriving. This was a great investment. My heat and cooling bills are down 16% and thats with adding a furnace to my garage, so the savings are probably higher. I had a perfectionist friend that is experienced in building homes meet with them and inspect their work after completion and he was so impressed that he had them install his insulation. They also added several soffit vents and add two bathroom vent fans along with an attic fan. The work cost about $ 3,000. I expect my return on investment to be about 6.5 years not including any additional repairs we would have had to do to drywall and other roof repairs. The owner also educated me on the R value of fiberglass and cellulose when used during cold and warm weather.
