After leaving a 10 year «eyebrow lady» relationship, I was hesitant about trying somewhere new. My eyebrows are extremely important to me! These ladies are wonderful. I have had each one do my eyebrows at least once and have never left disappointed. They give you advice on what parts of your eyebrows to grow out and the one Woman I’ve stuck with remembers what parts she wanted me to grow out with out me even saying anything! Great service, nice and clean. I never really have to wait. Once in a while there’s a bit of a line but it’s worth it! These are good people.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The first time I came here it was nice. Some sweet, petite lady did my eyebrows and despite a tiny patch she took out, I left mostly satisfied. My mom bought me two groupons that were advertised on their website. While cashing out, the cashier said «it’s a good thing you got that groupon when you did because we have a deal where if you buy two you get the third free.» Today I came for my second appointment. There was only one lady in the whole building which is bad for people who don’t want to wait forever as it takes 15 minutes per person. The lady who did my brows today was the one who checked me out the first time. After telling her I wanted arch and as little taken off as possible, just a clean up, she not only made my eyebrows round and short, but she threaded away 70% of my eyebrows and told me to «grow them out». My first time there, I heard the lady telling her 2 prior clients the same thing after not respecting their requests. During checkout, I handed her my groupon and told her it was my second and asked how I get the 3^rd free deal that she had informed me about last time. She said «no, that’s not for groupons. That’s only for in store purchases only.» I said «that’s definitely not what you told me last time but ok». I proceeded to hand her my groupon. She said «the groupon is only good for the first visit. You have to pay cash.» …what? I replied «I don’t have cash I have this groupon that I bought from your company website that encouraged me to buy more than one for deals.» She got mad and said «wow well you should have told me before.» Why? I didn’t know you’d change the guidelines randomly or I would’ve prepared instead of going all the way home to grab the groupon and come back here to this strange establishment. Luckily for her my mom was with me and stepped up to pay. Honestly I don’t know what kind of business this lady is trying to run but if you value your eyebrows, your respect or your money, go somewhere else.

Went in for lashes and brows and am very pleased. They accommodated a same day appointment and the lady who worked on me was nice and professional. She took her time with applying lashes and the result is natural looking and comfortable. Very well done. Thank you!

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for about a year now with no issues until I sent my two adult daughters here for eyebrow threading. The lady working on this day proceeding in telling my youngest daughter that she should let her eyebrows fill in thicker because she is too fat for thinner eyebrows. And, yes, she used the word fat. This lady then continued to tell my daughter that she should go on a diet so that she will be thinner and more beautiful like her sister.
Needless to say my daughter came over very upset and hurt afterwards. I have since talked to the business and stated i would not be returning. I guess business is booming and they dont need mine or my daughters business, because we will never darken their door again.
I am shocked that people think its okay to talk to a customer in this manner. Rude!

Had eyelash extensions done and was not happy with them. I tried to call but they never answer the phone. The lady that did my eyelashes never asked me how I want them or what my expectations were (shame on me for telling her what I wanted) nor is she very friendly. I then went in person and asked for my fill-​in appointment to be moved up so I could have them made fuller and a little more to my liking. They couldn’t accommodate me. I went to The Lash Lounge for a free consultation and she said they used to much glue on the lashes. The Lash Lounge took the time to show me pictures of different looks and helped me decide what would look best and what my expectations were. I bought the Elegant Brow Groupon with 2 fills but I am unfortunately losing out on that money because I won’t be going back.

Great, quick waxing for eyebrows and upper lip. On the advice of a friend, I went here to get my eyebrows threaded, she did a great job, BUT I will never have threading done again, it HURTS! I don’t think it hurts any more than waxing, but it takes a little longer, so the pain last longer. (this is just me being a sissy, it looked great). great prices! quick waxing! never a long wait!

Purchased a Groupon for an eyebrow threading. The annoying part was the directions on the Groupon. It states that you must book an appointment by sending an email to them. The email never goes through and no one ever picks up the phone, so just go in person. It is a very quick wait. She threads your eyebrows in less than 10 minutes. She was sweet and does an amazing job! Loving my eyebrows! :) Would def return!

I’ve had my eyebrows done several times here. The lady does an excellent job! She is very sweet and gentle. I am meticulous on how I like my eyebrows threaded and I am always pleased with the final result!

Great job on my daughter but I’m missing half of one of my eyebrows. First time visiting on Saturday… one person in the chair and U.S. Mid afternoon, I’ve been growing my brows out for about 6 months waiting to get them threaded… she did a great job on my daughter who went first then it was my turn, when she was done telling me 3 – 4 months to grow out I see on the middle my right brow and to the end there were patches of missing hair she kept saying 3 – 4 months it will be ok i said I waited 6 months to come ugh. Ran to Nordstrom for brow filler… won’t be back — sorry

Great new eye brow spot with cute and unique décor. The ladies are from India and offer threading, waxing, brow tinting, facials, Xtreme eye lash extensions, henna tattooing & Sari related services. They also carry Xtreme related products, high end skin care such as Dermalogica & specialty gifts like candles, silk slip on shoes (probably to be worn with traditional sari but would be a unique house slipper for a hostess gift) etc…. The ladies are calm, friendly and appreciative of your business. The prices are fantastic. Please visit & support them. They have amazing groupon and Black Friday deals going on right now.
I am very pleased with the threading and eyelash extensions I received. Mady even followed up a couple days after the 2 hour eyelash process to make sure I was doing ok. Now that is someone who cares about her customers and the reputation of her growing business. What a refreshing experience.
The Xtreme eyelashes are sensational so far. They are totally weightless so you don’t feel them or see shadows like you do with the false stick ons. I am interested to see how they wear but my package had 2 touch ups included for a steal and I know I’m in good hands with Mady so I am not worried.
We were lacking a reasonably priced, easily accessible threading/​waxing spa out in the concrete jungle of northern Macomb. Now we have the perfect spot. Please support these ladies and their fabulous business! All we need now is for someone to open a Blow Out Bar out that way so I can get date night ready during lunch hour!
