Simple Computer Repair in Shelby, MI opened their door in January of 2014. This location offers flat rate repair pricing on all computers, game consoles, and phones/tablets. We don’t charge for diagnostics and if there is «NO REPAIR… NO CHARGE». We continue to grow in this area as we provide great customer service and always do the right thing for each and every repair.

They keep you in the loop with progress of your repair. Friendly and real down to earth people. Great place! My laptop went down after doing an update. I called a couple places to trouble shoot the problem. The first person never called me back. The other place had me on hold for over 5 minutes that caused me to hang up. My wife texted me a picture of the ad for simple computer repair which I called and spoke to Phil the owner. I dropped my laptop off and he looked it over for free and determined the motherboard had died. Even though it wasn’t good news he was able to save all my data and transfer it over to my new computer. Their prices are very fair and I thought the service and knowledge of everyone I spoke with was fantastic. One of the other things I really liked was the fact that I knew who was working on my computer. Some of the big box stores where you drop off your computer you have no clue who is working on your device with your personal info. Overall great place, I would highly recommend!
