Fusion Marble & Granite

At first this company seemed very reasonable and somewhat accommodating but the quality of work and after the initial business relationship «honeymoon» is NOT worth the price and the hassle. They are only interested in making a quick buck by turning over shotty work. To begin with, I understand there is more money in larger homes and larger kitchens but we worked to try to establish a relationship with this company as we wanted to continue to replace vanities with granite. It was relatively easy to schedule our primary residence, we waited about 3 weeks to get our granite installed. Initially, it looked only decent. The sink hole was not the same size of the sink so it looked funny. The sink was undermount and glued (which didn’t hold up and eventually detached from the counter after about 6 months), once that sink detached then the seam came completely apart and now we have a major gap in the seam and now the two slabs are not even. Did not return to multiple phone calls and emails… only once did we hear from Ioana that their «email was broken» but did not follow up after that. This company is NOT concerned about working with anyone… they will be cheaper than the other companies are not worth the headache. Go elsewhere and pay a little bit more… It will be worth it in the long run!
