We were in Shelbyville shopping on the square when everyone suggested we check this place out. It is very small so we were surprised to grab a table on a Saturday at lunch. The server was very attentive. Being a pizza place I HAD to have pizza and got a small with pepperoni and mushroom. It was great! My friend ordered the small baked chicken Parmesan which came with garlic bread. The portion was huge! She enjoyed it as well as my pizza. ;)
If I found myself back in Shelbyville I wouldn’t hesitate to check this place out again.

Been coming here for years. Being the only dedicated Italian restaurant in town (not counting Rafaels which is a chain) it is pretty good and the dining experience is always consistent.
I live about 250 ft from here so it is always my fall back plan when I am too tired to cook or don’t want to drive all over town to find a place to eat. My favorite item on the menu is the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. It is so different from other pizzeria’s takes on the common dish, add a side of homemade bleu cheese and prepare your tastebuds for one heck of an adventure. The lasagna, chicken fettuccini and bowtie pasta dishes are also quite good. The cheese bread app is note worthy as well.
Staff is always friendly and the place has a nice small town feel to it.
Only downside is that they are not open on Sundays and sometimes they can be really slow, but thats because they prepare everything fresh so I am okay with a 30 min wait on busy days.
I don’t know how I would survive without this place.

I asked for a hamburger/​onion pizza… I got an ONION pizza with a few pieces of meat! When I explained that it needed more meat because most every bite would be onion without meat! YUCK! They told me that had the correct number of pieces. 12 – 15!!! They count the pieces of meat! And too bad if you aren’t happy. It was my first time there… my friend goes there regularly and said that she was shocked at the HORRIBLE service… and pizza. She decided that it has to be new owners because there is no way the old owners would ever have allowed that kind of service.
