We focus primarily on serving homeowners and contractors in plumbing service and repair as well as new construction. This includes repairing toilets and hose bids, and replacing faucets, garbage disposals, pumps, water heaters etc. This also includes installing plumbing for new construction, additions and remodeling work. History

Established in 2014.

I grew up the son and grandson of plumbers. R.C. was our grandfather and patriarch of the family. He taught us all the trade of plumbing from a young age. We would head out with him early on Saturday mornings in his old white ford plumbing van. Branded on the side of that van in big red letters were the word «R.C. Gochenour & Son’s Plumbing and Heating». Granddad taught us the trade as well as to work hard. He never gave us much that we didn’t earn in those days. I went on to work for many other companies through out the 1990’s and on into the new millennium. Finally in 2008 I decided to go for my plumbing master license. Years past again before early in 2014 I made the decision to acquire a Class A contractors license and bring back a variation of Granddad’s old business… R.C. Gochenour & Son Plumbing LLC was born late in 2014.

As a young boy Granddad would wake me early on Saturdays to head out in that old white ford plumbing van. We were off to take care of a project someone had obviously called him about the day before. Granddad taught us work ethic in those days. On into my teenage years I worked the summers with plumbers, mostly uncles on my moms side of the family, in Northern Virginia. Once I graduated in 1989 I continued in the plumbing trade. After working the next 9 plus years in residential work I accepted a position in industrial plumbing with a local company in the Valley. I worked there the next 14 years gaining much experience and knowledge of heavier pipe. After working my way up to foreman and then general foreman I left the valley for a position as Project Supervisor for a much larger construction and engineering firm. The desire never left to do things my own way. Late in 2014 R.C. Gochenour & Son Plumbing LLC was born.
