Established by Gregory Didden who ran the business for over 40 years. Greg handed over the reigns to Thomas Harding, Judy Moore and Bill Drennen in 2008. In 2010, Greg retired and Thomas became Broker and sole owner of the company.

Thomas has being working with buyers and sellers in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia for over eight years. He owns and manages real estate investments himself. He writes a monthly real estate column in The Observer newspaper which is circulated to over 25,000 people. He also writes the Harding Report which is send by email to over 3000 people.
