Whether your location is in the DC Metropolitan area, Alexandria, Annapolis, Baltimore, the Shenandoah Valley, or the Blue Ridge Mountains, Robert brings years of experience to each musical performance. He will enhance your wedding ceremony or funeral with solo bagpipe or any combination of Celtic instruments. A typical ensemble includes smallpipes, fiddle, cello, keyboard, harp or guitar. Robert is proud to play for weddings, funerals, memorials, parties, golf tournaments and all special occasions.

History
Established in 1976.
I have been playing and performing for over 30 years. I played as the wandering bagpiper for the Maryland Renaissance Festival for 20 years. I have performed onstage at Christmas Revels several times in Washington, DC. I have recorded a number of CDs with IONA and Ocean Orchestra, and other local artists. I provide music at weddings, funerals, and church services. Lately, I am entertaining elementary school programs and senior living educational programs.

Studied bagpipe music for 50 yrs. under some of the best instructors from Scotland.
Won major awards in solo piping competitions. Pipe Major and founder of the Clan Campbell Pipe Band, Columbia, MD. Around 2000, started intensive study of bagpipe folk music as played on small pipes and Border pipes. Currently, leader of several Celtic ensembles consisting of small pipes, cello, fiddle, bouzouki, piano, guitar, vocals, banjo, etc.
