My friend and I were both affected by stomach cramps and severe diarrhea after having eaten at Carl’s Jr. located at 4080 River Point Pkwy, Sheridan, CO80110. We visited the drive through around 9am on 8÷9÷2015. I had the steak and egg burrito and my friend had the loaded breakfast burrito. I believe this was intentional food poisoning, as the employee seemed to be upset that we were using a coupon that was sent to my friend in the mail. I will be reporting this to my local health department and the Better Business Bureau. I hope that someone at your company will take this matter seriously, conduct a proper investigation, and proper actions taken by management, including suspension, demotion, or termination of those employee’s involved in the intentional poisoning. This is not how I wanted to spend my one day off this week.

I do not normally eat hamburgers, I reserve the pleasure of red meat like this for only once or at most, twice a month. When I do, I prefer a good episode of this fare. I did not receive that pleasure. I ordered the upscale 6-dollar burger with classic fries, it came up instantly. That should have clued me in that it was not fresh made, a must for me. I was very hungry, so I went along and ate it w/o making an issue. Both items were luke warm to somewhat cold indicating that it was definitely not fresh. For the price and attempt to sate my appetite, it was a waste. I will never eat at that location again, and not likely at Carl’s for a very long time.

One of the worst Carl’s Jr locations I have visited. The Manager. a Jose, who comes across as a ruffian, rude, and like a gangster. He has no idea of what is to be a Manager. His rudeness about a month ago just made me leave and visit his competition– the nearby chick a fil. I just wanted a large glass of water to go with my usual Santa Fe chicken. This is my customary fare at any Carl’s Jr. I will never visit this Carl’s Jr and this Manager Jose either needs to undergo intensive customer relations and inter personal skills training or needs to be sacked as he is a disgrace to all restaurant managers of fast food restaurants. I should not be asked to pay extra for a large glass(paper container) of water. They lost my business that day and forever. I visit a Carl’s Jr at that location at least once a week as I have my own business nearby in Englewood and have to pass this location on my way to Douglas and El Paso Counties regularly.

Bleh. I swore off fast food a few years ago in an attempt to make healthier habits. After trying it again recently, I am solidified in that decision. The food here is just greasy, heavy, and unappetizing. It left me feeling sluggish and kind of hating myself. Additionally, the service at this location isn’t stellar. I didn’t experience any of the service horror stories that previous reviewers did, but the staff here certainly didn’t go above and beyond to make sure they provided the best experience possible. The whole visit was just so-so, with gross food to top it off.

Someone needs to explain the definition of fast food to whoever runs this restaurant. Never once have I gone through the drive-through without waiting an obscene amount of time to get food. As for the audio food what can I say it’s fast food burgers how hard is it to get that right.

Speaking of getting terribly sick… my boyfriend believes it was the chili cheese fries which did him in for a weekend. Of course, I ate there on my own not knowing this, and got so extremely excited when I saw the low carb lettuce wrapped burger on their menu. The burger would have been perfect, if it were cooked. My food was cold; not like it was once cooked and got cold. More like, it had been thawed and never actually heated up at all cold. I shouldn’t have finished it but I was starving and desperate. I didn’t get sick thank God. Would have to be famished AND everything else in the area be closed to consider going back.
