They did a great job back then, and have continued to provide quality installation work, uninstall work, and other general A/​V services. My internet went out on Thursday night and I was panicking thinking we would have to go the weekend without it. I called active network in the morning and they were out by afternoon. They were so knowledgable about how our system was set up and had it reconfigured and working better than ever within an hour. Their prices were reasonable and they were life savers. I found out they do audio visual too and they are coming back to fix a problem with my audio system too. I was impressed they were also knowledgable about the type of audio system we have as well. They were awesome!

My job wasn’t easy: running cable from a back house to front house about 100 ft away. The cable had to be pushed through conduit with fishtape.
Once the cable made it to the front house, it then had to be pulled in the crawl space and up through the floor and into the living room.
Everything that could wrong, did. But all along Luis, just did the job with a good disposition and professional manner.

I’m very happy with the work Active Networks did at my home. I’ve been having major trouble with my wireless internet signal and nothing seemed to work — moving the modem, adding an extender, cursing really loudly, etc. When I called Active Networks, the very knowledgable Adolpho told me exactly what I needed. A day later, one of his workers, Luis, showed up and installed three access points. Now I have a strong wifi signal all over my house. Thanks guys.

Hired these guys to wire a house for internet and TV. They have a Direct TV rep who handles the cable installation and met the Time Warner people to install the modems/​routers without us having to do anything. Very friendly, efficient and professional.

STOP LOOKING: THIS IS THE BEST repair for TV and Cable there is. I’ve had a 6 months of on and off problem with my smart tv that works on wifi. I’ve had time warner here 6 times and after each visit they said ok, its
was not fixed. I was on the phone with time warner for close to 30 hours. my cell phone needed recharging.
i called active networks at 800 928 0357.they answered right away and was totally professional. i had only one day off and thats the day i called. i wasn’t able to call and make a previous appt. but they fit me in. they gave me a time frame of 1 to 3 hours. they called to let me know the tech was on his was and should be there in about 45 min. He was there on time. Lou Guirola was the tech. He was very professional and friendly. he asked me questions about what problem i was having. he then went to work. after about 2 hours he had finished. he tested what he did for 30 minutes of that time was to make sure it was fixed. If you want to get your problem fixed and not have to deal with having to have someone come back because it wasn’t fixed the first time correctly, CALL them. thanks ALH

Adolfo made a mistake and he corrected it promptly. he had a family emergency which is acceptable. the point is– he came thru and performed as expected. gave me a great deal and quality work. all issues resolved and would highly recommend.

I just had these guys install a tv for me with a couple of components that are hidden in a closet. They came in and designed the install for me. It was a very good experience having such professional and knowledgeable installers at my home. Made sure my floor was covered and even vacuumed after they were done!!! I will definitely use them again in the future for my outdoor speakers and wireless networking options they gave me. Active networks, very professional company for a low prices…

Adolfo was very a very professional technician when installed our 55″ Samsung tv. Word to the wise, depending on which type of wall mount you buy, the tv may not allow for full movement of the hinges due to its size. At the time, we had a «simplicity» wall mount from Costco that cost $ 139 but Adolfo had a similar mount for $ 50 but in the end we stuck with the costco one. All in all, their service was great and left us ready to watch tv without having to set anything else up.

We had purchased a Unilocal Deal for TV wall mounting for only $ 99. I spoke to both owners Adolfo and George who were very helpful setting up the appointment. Dominic came out on a Thursday to mount our tv in our master bedroom and was great. Our TV ended up being a heavier model than most 32″ so today, both Adolfo and Dominic came out to inspect the problem. They resolved it buy using the next bracket up to support the weight. With the coupon and cost for the bracket we ended up getting a professional wall mounted TV for under $ 200. Can’t beat it.
Service was great and even with an issue the great customer service continued.

Any time we have a problem with any of our systems a technician is always on hand to answer any of our questions. They always explain the problem in a clear and concise manner and always fixes the issue very quickly.
Most recently, they set up my home office. They set up my computer so I can log on to my work computer and work from the comfort of my own home! They also set up my wireless printer and fax machine!
