I needed to update my car insurance policy and purchase a new homeowners policy. I found Marc on Unilocal,read some of his reviews and decided to give him a call. Mark is a top-​notch professional in every way; however, the true test is when one must file a claim. A few months ago I was hit by driver who claimed that I was at fault. Although the arbitration panel determined that neither party proved the other was at fault, throughout the claims process, Allstate was highly responsive and took care of every detail on my behalf with lightning speed. All along the way, I was kept informed of the status of the claim via phone calls and letters from Allstate. Repairs to my car were made within a week of the accident.
