Great service from Benjamin and Freddie. Came right out to my house, got a key made in 15 minutes and helped me jump my car as well. Also, can’t beat the pricing and was straight forward where other companies would give me vague quotes. Take it from me. Who called about 8 different places to get quotes –All whom quoted «starting at» prices which seemed too-​good-​to-​be-​true– was so pleasantly pleased with Benjamin. I even had another company come out and give me a quote (which was false) and Benjamin walked me through, step by step of why. I lost my key in the morning, and my world turned upside down. I literally can’t do anything without my car! Not only does he TEXT, but he’s extremely responsive, and on time.(sorry I was late). Not only did he get me another remote key, (thank god) but gave me a «valet» key in case I lose this one again… And maybe even a spare! :) I can justify spending money on shopping, and things I absolutely don’t need, but when it comes to this I do, I never want to spend the money. But with Benjamin, I was so confident that every dollar I spent, was absolutely needed, to get me not only a spare key, but diligent, honest, and quick work. I really can not expressed how great he was. I want to tell everyone I know… NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I lost my keys on a vacation a couple of months ago, which meant losing a key to both my 2011 Prius and my 2013 Corolla. I called and Benjamin answered. He was so patient and informative. He came to my home the same day to reprogram a key for each car. He was a pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal! So much better than the dealership would have been! He even made sure to test both keys thoroughly with me and when part of one of the remotes wouldn’t work, he happily stayed to fix it. Since he specializes in car keys, I trust him to deal with the delicate computer systems of my vehicles more than any generic lock smith. This man has great people skills and high integrity in his work. I highly recommend him and will hold onto his number for the next time I lose my keys!

Called around after my gf lost her car keys along with the remote alarm. After calling around getting quotes, I called Ben & he said he would beat the others, doing both for under $ 200 & could come out ASAP. He kept in constant contact via text & arrived within an hour. He was super friendly & very knowledgable, not to mention insanely fast! After hearing that the competition threw in a second key for free, he did the same! A great business man who I will forever use in the future, as well as recommend! Don’t bother wasting your time calling around getting quotes, Ben will beat the others, do it faster & better than the rest, & is such a nice guy!

Was seriously saved by this company after my car keys (mysteriously ?) disappeared one morning. I was pressed for time since I needed my car for work and was also parked on a residential street, so I could not wait a day longer. My gf researched some different companies but she told me that Benjamin had the best deal, was mobile and friendly. In about an hour, he showed up and went to work. It took less than 10 mins to make my key and program a new remote, which looked identical to my original one from Toyota. It worked perfectly ! He even threw in a free spare key :) now I know who to call if I ever run into the same problem (knock on wood). Thank you benjamin!

A few weeks ago I desperately needed help from an angel. He showed up in the form of a charming and competent young man named Ben who saved my tail. He showed up, and had a key made for my car in a matter of minutes. He did so with a smile, a great attitude and knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you so much Benjamin! I would definitely recommend them if you need help! Benjamin is so awesome I called and he made me feel at complete ease that I would be taken care of, and I was! Such reasonable prices! Way better than going to the dealer. And also thank you to Eli, the technician who came out to help me. Woah so there’s a first time for everything and by everything I mean washing my car key in a full cycle with no spare… so what else is a woman to do with no spare key? Panic! I text my auto mechanic cousins, look for forum posts, and figure out what I need to do to make sure I am mobile in the morning. I am a reasonable woman but it was just too much work without any guarantees. So when I type in washed Honda Civic key in my internet browser Benjamin’s Key Replacement pops up. I look through the reviews and he has a perfect score. At first glance a mobile locksmith is very unwelcoming they may charge you an arm, a leg, and your first born child! Seriously who wants to replace a transponder key? Simple answer, a woman who has somewhere to be in the morning!
So I call up Benjamin’s 800 number explain my circumstance and he says I will be there shortly. Then calls back asking about the key he wants to be prepared… big plus! Shows up within an hour and not only replaces my transponder key offers me a valet key as well just in case anything should happen… With my luck I took the deal!
Not only did he explain the process, he’s friendly, accommodating, and very professional!
If you are in a bind Benjamin is your guy he is efficient and does quality work! Not to mention extremely cost efficient. I will definitely get him added to my corporate vendor list.

Benjamin is an excellent key replacement technician. He went out of his way to make sure that my friend and I got into our car at ten o’clock at night even though he’d been out helping people since eight in the morning!
Benjamin had to make us an entirely new key for our 2010 Toyota Prius. He went above and beyond for us, going to ten different stores to find us a battery for our new key (and this was even before we met!). Benjamin was very friendly, easy to talk to, and made my friend and I both feel safe.
I highly recommend Benjamin and will happily suggest him to my friends if they ever lose their keys!

The only tip I have is watch where you keep your spare keys. Lost one of the keys to my car, couldn’t find the spare and Benjamin came to the rescue in a quick moments.
This guy was nice professional and knew what he was talking about. My key had a chip in it and requires programming so he he was able to make it happen so I could be on my way. Thanks!
