I stopped by here today at noon, and the front doors were locked. This may have been a temporary closure for lunch, but in the future, it might be a good idea to put up a ‘Sorry, Be back in 15 minutes’ or something like that.

There guy who owns this place is extremely rude. I was waiting out front to meet a web design client and this guy told me I couldn’t stand in front of his store. He came out and stared at me and asked what was up? What a wierdo. This was totally rude he even called the police. Stay far away from this place. The owner has mental issues. I WAS going into the store to buy something. After seeing the owner had mental issues I went somewhere else. I was not there for alcohol I don’t even drink lol

Every neighborhood needs a great liquor store and Cabana Liquor definitely delivers. Great craft beer and wine selection with good prices. Ronnie, the guy that works in the morning really knows his stuff and Z is really nice and funny. Support well run family owned businesses and shop here.

Best service! I love mom and pop stores that go out of their way. Eddie is the man! They have an awesome selection of beer and wine for more than reasonable prices and their location is awesome.

Got here 10 minutes before closing, which is midnight. Owner/person working told me «I close when I want.» So I told him«I guess you don’t want my business.» He responded«no I don’t need it.» Sad, angry mad who works there don’t waste your money here.

Lived in the neighborhood for 8 years and can tell you this place is the definition of convenient! They really get to know the locals and often times Zouhar(just call him Z!) will have a good joke waiting for you when you walk in. I’ve always liked their wine selection and I fine their prices are usually better than the grocery stores. What’s not to like?

The worst place evert! whack customer service and from my experience right now I feel like the man behind the counter was prejudice. I walked in and waited for someone to finish with a purchase and then when I went up to buy something I looked over the counter and pointed out what I needed and the man began to become belligerent and said to me he will not sell to me and got crazy with me about me pointing my hand at what I wanted over his counter. We argued and I told him I just want to buy something and he refused me service. I would never buy from these racist ass people. I felt so disrespected by this piece of s@-t

This liquor store has the best selection of beer, wine and liquor. And the occasional grocery item or staple that you need ‘right now’. It’s a very spacious store always filled and organized. There are very good beer specials every visit. The staff(family run) here is friendly and obviously admired, since whenever I go in there’s someone telling a story and there’s someone else waiting in line to tell another story! Very glad they’re within a block of my apartment too.

Do not buy wine here. He buys discounted rotten bottles. We live 1 block away and buy from them all the time. Never again. We bought a nice bottles to celebrate. It was like vinegar. We brought it back to let him know 10 minutes later and he acted like we stole it and were trying to rip him off. Never buy anything from this store.

Gotta love this neighborhood liquor store. It reminds me of the liquor store we all used to frequent as kids with the same friendly owner for so many years. He knew all our names, what candy, ice cream, etc. we wanted when we stepped in the door and the loud bell went off. What could be better than a the little corner market that gives you lottery winners, $ 25,000 quick picks and a $ 5,000 scratch off. Shishhhhhhhh, don’t tell anyone, this place always has winners.

Ran in for a bottle of wine. They have a huge selection of whatever you need. The person at the register was so nice, so sweet! I don’t live in the area, but not a bad place to stop at for all you liquor store needs!

This mom/pop liquor store is great! The middle-eastern man that works here is always friendly and if you’re not, he’ll serve it right back to you with a smirk on his face— love that! They’ve got a varied selection of anything you’d want regarding booze and if all else fails, go try one of their minis that they have stockpiled. There’s a particular merlot we love, and this place usually sells it for ~$ 2 cheaper than Ralph’s or neighboring liquor stores. Ssssshhh… I can’t say which brand or it’ll blow the cover.

Great neighborhood liquor store. I love the guys who work here, too. They pride themselves in keeping their beer coolers very cold. They always have the coldest beer. A neighborhood liquor store should have three things in order to be great: a wisecracking staff, a decent selection, and reasonable prices. Cabana has all of these things. I’m relieved to have this place as a neighborhood spot to get booze.
