We just transferred our accounts to Chase, and work exclusively with this branch. Whenever we have any questions, need guidance or specific help, our go-​to person is Ani Kyurklyan. Talk about a five-​star rating! Ani not only is extremely knowledgable and exceptionally helpful, she has a great way of putting clients like me (high-​stress, A-​types) at ease. We’ve very happy wih Chase, and Ani is the biggest reason.

Was very excited to receive a coupon in the mail to sign up for a checking account. When I went to this location there we tons of customers waiting and only 1 teller and 2 personal bankers (one of which would keep leaving for excess time). I ended up waiting for close to 30 mins before I walked out. If your going to send out a mass promotion of bonuses for new accounts, you may want to be properly staffed.

Best customer service, the staff and management always friendly. They greet you at the door and always tell you to have a great day. They offer you coffee and water with a smile. Definitely different from other local banks.

This building is definitely cleaner and more «streamline» than the larger one that moved off Sepulveda and Ventura, but every time I have been in there (we deposit our rent in person at the bank), it has had the most disgusting stench of B.O. you could imagine. I have even mentioned it to the clerk how repulsive it is to even stand in line without gagging at the stench. There’s no way they can be immune to it. Is the the door man? The customers? The employees? Is there a homeless encampment hidden somewhere? I’m not sure but since this has happen more than 3 times to me, I am definitely going to another branch. If I wanted to smell something that rank, I’d just ride the bus half a block to get my fix.

Best customer service ever!
Aside from being really quick, they’re super friendly — 1st question the teller asked was whether my dog wants a treat (yes, they have dog treats on-​hand!)
Other positives: the parking lot is large /​convenient, there are lots of self-​service machines inside, enough account services reps and tellers to never have to wait, and ice water with fresh mint. :-)
Definitely changes the banking experience!
