I can’t say enough good things about Terri as an agent. She’s a great agent and a wonderful person who really cares about her clients and does the best for them. She’s attentive and extremely responsive and lovely to work with. I’ve had a number of Farmer’s agents over the years, and a few different insurance companies for both auto and home and the combination of Terri and Farmer’s is the best ever.

She’s always been there for me, and I recently had a claim with a water heater and she called me right away, and two or three times since to check up on my progress. Been with Terri since my duplex purchase in 2010 and I don’t plan to change! She is extremely personable– she would give me a call to make sure everything is OK even when I contacted the online «help chat» when I was having problems accessing my online account. She sends me bday and other holiday cards every year. Seriously– who does that anymore? My friends would just Facebook me! She gives great advice on how I can lower the cost of my insurance. The best insurance agent I have ever had! :)
