I got a quote over the phone and processed all my paperwork online. Thalia was very helpful with getting me the best deal! She has awesome customer service experience. She made things so easy and painless. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends!

It is what it is… came here to get cheap insurance as everyone does. They do charge a lot for their service but they never mention that. Looked at the receipt after it was all set and done and it was 140 bucks for heir service. I guess that’s the way they make their money.
p.S the manger is some young guy and always makes it seem he gives you a deal. Always says (I CAN HOOK YOU UP) lol which is probably a lie and gives you the exact price lol anyways left with cheaper insurance and that’s that.

I had researched with other brokers and Freeway ultimately had the cheapest rate. We didnt have to wait for assistance from Benjamin. He was very resourceful and there wasnt a question he could not answer. We decided to apply for insurance through him and even after he offered suggestions that could possibly lower our rate even more in the future. He walked us through the entire process. The facility overall was welcoming. Were confident in our decision to go with Freeway.

Just came in to make my first payment, Benjmain helped me. There was no wait and he helped me right away got in and out in less than 3 mins, I love this place I have always had problems with previous places but not anymore!!! Thanks again Benjmain !!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I used to be very happy with them but recently when my insurance needed to be renewed the ladies didn’t have time for me, so I got the «new guy» who was apparently taken care of me, yet screwed me big time. I changed insurance, since the one I had raised their rates for no reason. So the new guy finds a new company for me, tells me since I already paid for the month for the old insurance, I’ll get a refund, the difference. Didn’t expect that but thought «cool». Of course I have to fork over some upfront payment for the new policy, he gives me the basic info along with my payment due date, which was the 23^rd of each month.
I get a letter from the new company on the 17^th about cancelling if I don’t pay by the 23^rd. Slightly confused, I get on the phone with them to find out my actual due date was on the 12^th. Never got a bill in the mail, yet they claim they’ve sent out a couple. (Why would I lie about that?) Next month I get an actual bill and got bombarded with a late charge of $ 30. I call them up explaining that as far as I knew, I wasn’t late since the Freeway Office told me my due date was on the 23^rd, But they didn’t want to hear it. They would not wave it. (Really bad business) This friday I get a letter from my previous insurance; a «COLLECTION NOTICE» that states I owe $ 22. I’m thinking wait… that’s supposed to be my «refund. Turns out there was a $ 50 cancellation fee (which I knew nothing of) So, suddenly I owe another $ 22. Didn’t get a previous bill or notice about it. (Really???) Called them up and there’s nothing they can do regarding these“fees» that occurred because their «new guy» was clueless. So they screw up and we, the customers pay for it. Totally pissed but basically left with no choice, I jump online to pay this bs fee and… wait for it… I can’t. I’m not eligible. Are you kidding me? Are you charging me now again for being late on that fee as well? Unfortunately I’m stuck with them till January 2016, if I cancel I’ll get bombarded with another «fee». Why can’t you guys own up to your mistakes and treat your customers with respect? I guess that’s too much to ask for? Very disappointed. Would never in the world recommend them to anyone.

Went to get insurance when my last policy was canceled and Juan Garcia Valenzuela the manager and javier helped me out. Juan was very nice and hooked me up with some great insurance for a good price. If you ever need help finding some insurance go see him, you won’t regret it.

I went here yesterday after getting my new car from LA’s Best Auto Sales and got car insurance for this car.
They had the best rates, better than anywhere I had checked. Not to mention the staff was so nice and helpful. Irina and Andrew made me feel at home.
They are also open late which helps when you work full time like me.
I have a crazy driving record, but they still were able to get me the most affordable rate for a high performance car. Thank you guys!!!

Jerami Collins was very extremely helpful took the time out to help me did not rush like his other employees.. When I called him when he was in he always had a warm feeling regardless if he wasn’t having a bad or unpleasant day you knew all the time that he was happy go lucky. I’ve had never spoken to any insurance company with such a good person that was just normal not just trying to rush you into a deal. thanks again jerami Collins..

Juan was great! Seen immediately, found a great price for us, explained everything, and was really friendly and personable. Much better deal than anything I’ve ever found online.

Javier Cisneros was really helpful and accommodating. He helped me find the best price for my auto insurance that fits my budget. He was very knowledgeable and fast. I was in and out of there in no more than 20mins. He’s great.

Went in on a Saturday, when most people shouldn’t be working, but he was very attentive. I actually called at the dealership before I bought my car and he helped give me a quote if I were to buy that car. I switched car and went directly into the office. Johnathan was amazing and he was so nice. He helped us in a timely manner and tried his best to find the best rate for us. Thank you once again Jonathan. He deserves a raise.

I purchased a new car and was financially driven from my current insurance company. Started calling around for quotes and came across Freeway insurance. Walked into this office in particular and everyone seemed extremely friendly. I was helped out right away. The gentleman that assisted me, by the name of Elliott Rodriguez, was very informative and proficient. I described exactly what I was looking for and Elliott was able to accommodate my needs within less than hour. Needless to say, I will definitely refer friends and family over to Elliott at the Sherman Oaks location.

This place has the worse customer service ever. The promise to call you back and they never do. If you have an issue their solution is to hang up on you without giving their name. I can only guess what my experience would be if I had an accident. Thank God, I don’t have to deal with idiots getting minimum wage.
They’d be better off flipping burgers or talking to a drive-​thru window.

I always get helped out very quickly when I walk in with no appointment and they find me the best auto insurance fit even though I have a terrible driving record. They are friendly and reliable. I am especially happy with the help of Alek Nazarov, the manager. I have let my insurance lap and not paid my bill but they don’t judge me or treat me badly. This is the only office I will deal with now because of their great customer service.

I was a bit skeptical going to this office because of bad reviews, but I’m pretty sure it’s all bs. The staff was very knowledgeable and knew everything about insurance. I got the best deal I could of hoped for. Parking was easy and they even offered me some cold water when I walked in on a hot day. These guys got my business for life.
