This review is actually long overdue, but I’ve finally gotten around to doing it! Rima (please forgive me if I’m spelling your name wrong) made my dreams of going blue come true. She took me in on short notice. (I called the day before and she had time for me the next day, Friday, May 15). She was very kind and offered me a good deal on getting my hair done.
For the record, I only asked for the bottom half of my hair (in regards to my scalp, not a dip dye style) to be dyed blue because i didn’t know how damaged my hair would get.
She bleached my hair for what I think was an hour. My scalp was actually really itchy (which I’ve never experienced before), but she kept an eye on me, and i did not suffer any consequences after that (no peeling of skin or anything). Im not sure what was going on, i think i was sensitive to that bleach.
Then she dyed my hair with Splat in blue envy, which was the perfect color for me.
Since my visit, I’ve recommended her to friends who want similar hair color styles but in different colors.
I believe Rima owns the salon with her husband, who is just as friendly. They truly care for their clients.
One last thing, I had the privilege of being there while a celebrity came in. I guess that’s a perk of getting your hair done here!

Rima is simply wonderful. I had to find another person to cut my hair when my longtime stylist left Los Angeles. As a guy I was somewhat skeptical, given her salon’s name (Goddess). But I had nothing to worry about! The very first time she cut my hair, she did a great job and I’m now a regular client. Thanks, Rima!

I found my new stylist! Mrs Rima is amazing with what she does. A master colorist got me EXACTLY what I was in mood for. She is not only super professional, but she is very sweet warm hearted and kind. It’s hard to find a stylist, but even harder to find one with such a lovely soul. Got the pleasure of meeting her husband and son also and they make you feel like family so warm and comfortable. The salon has really cute décor makes you feel so girlie and polished. I’ll definitely be recommending her to my friends and I will be coming back. Thank you RIma! You’re the best!

Just did my hair with Loay and I’m in love! My hair is not easy to deal with and he really did a magnificent job. I appreciate the customer service. They got me in and out quickly. Thank you.

Hooray Rima! Second haircut first beard trim. Made me look like a rich man! However, the cost was modest and affordable. Easily worth twice the price. Worthy as a 5 star Las Vegas haircut.

I’ve been going to Rima since January. This woman is a miracle worker! I originally wanted blonde highlights, and my hair is SO stubborn it would not take the bleach for the life of me. She spent 12 hours getting the color to the way I wanted it! She was literally on her feet until like 3 in the morning because that’s how long it took for my hair to finally take the bleach after several attempts. Then two months later, I get sick of the blonde and I decide to be a red head, and she transforms me into one. She did an awesome job! her and her husband are so accommodating with water and coffee and snacks. They always made sure I was taken care of.

A disappointment from before I even got there, but my haircut looks nice.
1) I purchased an Amazon Local deal about a month ago. Yesterday I looked up my voucher to get the phone number to call and make an appointment, only to find that Goddess had marked it as USED. I called to let them know of the mistake and make the appointment, and the lady (the owner?) apologized for marking it as used.
2) I arrived for my haircut the next day, and the same lady explained to me that they marked it as used because I had not shown up for an appointment at some point. Ummm, the first time I had ever called you in my life was yesterday.
3) I sat in the chair for my haircut and she said, «Oh, you have already washed your hair?». Yes, I shower in the morning and wash my hair. She then gave me a very nice haircut, but quickly ended the session by putting gel in my hair. NO SHAMPOO AND NO CONDITIONING TREATMENT, AND WORST OF ALL, NO SCALP MASSAGE LIKE IS LISTED ON THE VOUCHER.
4) I was almost 100% sure the voucher included these services, but didn’t want to say «Can you wash and massage my head?», so I left. I went into my car and looked at the voucher to see… YEP, it included those services alright.
5) As the lady was smoking a cigarette outside the door (you will smell the stench of cigarettes on her during your haircut by the way), I nicely said to her that for future users of this voucher, it does include a shampoo, conditioning treatment, and scalp massage. She replied that my hair was already clean and that I said I didn’t have time for that. I never said that I didn’t have time for that and you can wash my hair after the haircut to get rid of the little hairs! She politely insisted that I come back in and she finish the services, but I just wanted to leave at this point.
Nice haircut, but did not get what I paid for.
UPDATE AFTER RIMA CHANGED HER ORIGINAL REPLY:
It was only a free haircut because Amazon Local was nice enough to read my Unilocal review and Rima’s original Unilocal reply stating that she did not do ²⁄₃ of the services. While her original reply did say to come back for a shampoo and a scalp massage, she in no way suggested or initiated the refund.
UPDATE AFTER RIMA CHANGED HER SECOND REPLY:
Rima is not a very bright businesswoman to keep replying to my review with lies in an attempt to get the last word in and make her business look better than it is. Here is the timeline of the reviews/​replies. I reviewed her service and chronicled what went right (a nice haircut) and wrong (an attempt to falsely cancel my voucher and actually not perform 2 out of 3 services that were paid for). She left a reply that basically said «glad you like your haircut, come back if you still want the other two services, customer satisfaction guarantee.» I then emailed Amazon and said please read my Unilocal review of Goddess to issue me a refund if you see fit. They did just that. Then Rima changed her original reply to try and say she issued the refund — LIE. I updated my review so consumers would know she lied. She again changed her review to LIE about me not showing up for a previous appointment and that I was a misleading Unilocal customer (and notice that she didn’t mention that she didn’t do ²⁄₃ of the services I purchased). So here is my challenge to you, Rima:
Produce phone records that show I called you or you called me prior to the day before my haircut and I’ll give you $ 5000.00 cash. That’s right, $ 5000.00 in cold, hard cash. Or just look stupid that you tried to mark my voucher as used and lie about me missing an appointment that never existed.
If you cannot handle the facts, stop replying to my reviews and I’ll stop making you look foolish. You are not doing your business any favors. Just admit that you screwed up, accept it, and focus on doing a better job with your future customers.

First off, the lady who took care of me was very sweet. I went to get my hair deep conditioned. Online it says the cost is $ 35 however since my hair is past shoulder length it cost about $ 45+. The woman who did my hair was so nice that I feel bad writing a negative review. However I see no difference in my hair. I’ve had deep conditioning done in the past and had Enjoy products used on me (for half the cost.) The lady at Goddess used Saphire and it was just crap. My hair was wet when I left the salon so I did not know that my hair wasn’t properly treated. I mostly blame the product. Can’t help but feel like I paid $ 50 just to get my hair washed by a nice lady. 3 stars is kind of generous.

The lady did call to see if she could fix it. However I’m leaving on a long trip. I’m very happy that she went out of her way to try to make me satisfied.

What a treat! Rima isn’t only sweet, but talented. The entire experience at the salon was relaxing and simply wonderful. She is super attentive and you walk out feeling like a million buck$!
Rima is conscious of the amount of hair she cuts and does the best blowouts.

Needed a New look since I chopped off my hair. Iam currently disabled, going through a rough patch in life and needed help with my hair. Found this shop on Unilocal and Walked in without appointment. Both the owner and her husband were such sweethearts and heart warming. They took me in without an appointment. She did a great job and I really loved it. I just had a mild allergic reaction to the dye for the first time. Now if your a Student with a budget I wouldnt really recommend this place because it is pricy at least in my situation. It’s the most I ever paid for a pixie cut and one hair color. I had full lengthen hair before with highlights and even extensions but didn’t pay as much I did here. But if money and time isn’t an issue I definitely recommend this place. She’s great and I had a pleasant experience there.

Rima is the best! She is sweet, kind and knows how to give you what you want and makes it even better than you expect it to be! She really tries her best to cater to what you want. Thanks Rima for fixing my horrid hair done by Luke’s Salon!

My post is way late but Rima was amazing and helped me more than any other hair dresser has ever done! She told me about the Agave hair treatment and how it would do wonders to my hair, and she was right! Best money ever spent and glad I found her!!! Love love love her, thanks again and I’ll be back!

My wifey’s experience at the amazing Goddess. First thing, Rima was amazing! She made me feel so beautiful and was very gracious during the process with dying my hair. She has exceptional workmanship so my hair came out perfect. They treated me so special as a walk in client I felt as if I have been going there for years. I have been to many beauty bars but this one was the cherry on top. I would strongly recommend going and experiencing the flawless hair guru and the phenomenal friendly environment.

I was in desperate need to find a good hair and make up place for my engagement party that took place 1.10.15 :). I was searching for good places to go to and i’m so glad i came across this one. The service was impeccable and everyone who works there are the sweetest most welcoming people.
Rima did exactly what I asked and I got the most amazing compliments all night. I am so happy with how my hair turned out.
I also had my make up done here by Kim. She did an incredible job and I never felt prettier. They both made my night extra special and I will be coming back here for future events I need to look pretty for. :)

I loved the customer service! Rima did a great job with my hair, however I had to pay extra to get the right look. I wish the color was just a little lighter. It was a good first time for me, I just wish it would have been a little lighter in color.

I had my agave hair treatment done here by Rima. She was so friendly and the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. Her and her husband where so welcoming and made me feel at home. My hair turned out amazing and she went through step by step what she was doing and how it worked. Will be coming back soon.

I will never go to another salon again if I don’t have to.
This place made my day! Everyone here is so super sweet and accommodating. They offered me coffee when I got there (which for me was fantastic since I hadn’t had time to grab some this morning). Ludwick (sorry if this isn’t the correct spelling) was so great about making sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. He kept telling me «We’ll go slow» just to make sure it was perfect. And it is! I couldn’t be happier with my new bangs and layers. There was such a fantastic vibe there. That everyone really focuses on their customers as opposed to just cranking out people for the money. They really take the time to get to know you and what you want.
Thank you guys so much for everything you do, and you have received another long term customer :) See you guys in a few months!

Went there to die my hair hombre style and have a haircut.
The place was very comfortable the music the lighting and accommodations were wonderful. .
My hair stylist’s name was ludwick– absolutely fascinating guy! Very proffesional and gentle! He went through every step with me asking me what I want and making sure I understand what he does and that its ok with me.
The rest of the staff is wonderful so friendly and welcoming.
They gave me a great deal and my hair looks fantastic!!! Ludwick understood exactly what I was aiming for!
They alsi offer different services like waxing and facials wich im going to try soon!

I love Goddess beauty and Spa ! Great looking place ! Marilyn gave me a wonderful deep pore facial, and I felt very relaxed and at ease in her care. She has fun warm energy, I can tell she loves her work. My skin looks great !
