I have used GS Custom Plumbing services twice when I returned from two trips with a different plumbing emergency awaiting me each time.
The first time was a pipe that had burst in the garden with a geyser of water coming out forcefully everywhere. Gene of GS Custom Plumbing came right away, was able to stop the leak and then send his team that afternoon to cap the leaking pipes. Given the amount of work, and their amazing speed of response, their bill was pretty reasonable.
The second time that I came back from a trip, I found that the glass vessel sink in my airbnb guest bathroom was leaking considerably, and GS Custom Plumbing assessed that the leak could not be fixed and that I needed a new sink. I ordered, but it arrived with the wrong faucet, so they came out a second time when the correct faucet arrived and they were able to install that part.
Ultimately because they were unable to complete the full sink installation, and that cost me money as I was unable to rent out the room for a few days, they were kindly professional as to not charge me for the job, which I VERY much appreciated! Gene and his GS Custom Plumbing team are professional, always have a great attitude to do their best, and very courteous guys to work with! Thank you!

Gene and his team are excellent to work with, good people and quick to respond. I’m a Realtor and used them for an inspection. They used camera’s and gave us a nice report. Plus the cost to do a possible repair was very fair.

wow. Unilocal don’t lie. GS custom plumbing was beyond good. I hired them, but my husband was the one home when they came to do the work… and he is incredibly picky and OCD. He was texting me the whole time how unbelievable the team was– we had to add an air gap for the dishwasher, add a water line to the fridge, reseat and seal a toilet that was leaking into the crawl space, and stop it from running… They walked him thru everything and were in and out in under 2 hours. I’d use them again if I ever had a plumbing issue.

I cannot say enough good things about GS Custom Plumbing. Gene and his crew were incredibly professional, respectful and just decent guys all around. I got an estimate of $ 7K for some major work that needed to be done (a fair price in my opinion). Then as the work went on I noticed a few little things that also needed work (having gas box recessed into wall, etc.). Gene took care of it all and didn’t increase the bill. Seriously, who does that? Gene and GS Custom plumbing, that’s who.
I also loved that every time I called, I either spoke with Danielle, or straight to Gene on his cell. I’ve dealt with other service providers where you call and leave messages and only get called back 1 out of every 3 – 4 times. That’s not the case here. They are seriously awesome and I will definitely use them again.

I bad time to need an emergency plumber would definitely be during the Mayweather/​Pacquiano fight. I lucked out. A sudden gushing leak from my living room ceiling emerged during the fight and thanks to Google, CS Custom Plumbing was on my screen. Gene returned my text within minutes and the moment the fight was over, he was at my house to clamp the leak and returned 2 days later to repair it. He was great! He was personable, calmed my hyperventilation, found the problem immediately, worked neatly and charged reasonably. I’ve since given his card to several other people and would recommend him again in a nanosecond.

Gene and his crew are simply awesome. I live in an older home with quite a few issues so we’ve dealt with GS a few times in the last year. Gene does quality work and wonderful at communicating quickly. He is fair, upfront, professional, and knowledgable. We’ve had him replace our entire kitchen sink, running toilets, outside leaks, and much more. Months later, everything is running great. And its a plus that he is not scared off by my hyper dogs!

Yep, all the other reviews are spot on. First plumber I’ve ever called in the area and will never call a different one.
Not only did Robert and Antonio show up right on time, they also made sure I didn’t worry and rush as I was running a bit late. Honestly these guys are like the Seal Team 6 of plumbing… in and out super fast, and the bathroom seriously looked cleaner then when they had first arrived. Gene even came by to make sure I was happy with the work. Super cool guys and 100% professional. If more companies had this level of quality and pride in their work, we’d all be a lot happier. They could have charged me double what they did and I still would’ve felt it was a fair price for the job done.
Thanks gentlemen! Will be recommending GS to my friends and family from now on.

We had a fantastic experience with Gene and his crew! My husband and I wanted to convert our laundry room into a bathroom/​shower and relocate all our washer/​dryer plumbing to a separate area. Gene and his team did an excellent job with all of the work it entailed!!! They were remarkable efficient, hardworking and detail-​oriented. They went above and beyond the routine service, even fixing some existing issues such as loose piping in the home. We couldn’t be happier with their work! Gene and his associates are by far the best plumbers I’ve ever used. I’ve had regular plumbing issues over the last 10+ years of owning my own home. I have used him regularly throughout the years as well as having him completely re-​plumb my house (in and out). Unfortunately I still have root problems at the street end (the only place gene didn’t re plum). I called Gene this morning and within 30min his people were at my place dealing with the problem. They were informed, clean and performed the job in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend them to anyone for great, worry free service. I’ll never use anyone else.

I called 2 other plumbing/​rooter companies before them and I left all three of them voicemails. Robert got backed to me and it was 9am in the morning. He said he could get to my house at 10a. I wasn’t home but my aunt was and by the time I came in, Robert and Gene were inspecting the problem and insuring us that they had a snake that is 200 ft long. They both took care of the problem. They used their GoPro camera and showed us the problem before taking out the ton of «flushable» ass wipes that never dissolved in our sewer tank. Then of course some feminine products. Other than that, we paid a great deal for problem getting fixed, great customer service, immediate service, knowledge and skills, and not to mention 2 hot guys. Lol what can I say, I’m a single woman & I’m very much entitled to look. Hello!
Thank you so much GS. I will definitely be calling again if i have plumbing issues and I’ll definitely recommend you to family and friends.
