History

Established in 2010.

In 2010, I Was an Actor and proud tech nerd! Slightly obsessed with lights, lasers, and gadgets. I was always on a Mission to turn this undying obsession into something that could be the focus of my life rather than a hobby. My initial experiments with Light Painting got me hooked! What started as friends playing with lights in my living room, Turned into an enthusiasm fueled, Seemingly endless quest to create one-​of-​a-​kind art with REAL lights, in REAL life! To do away with Photoshop, Filters, And Artificial enhancements, and document a slice of reality that was created from total darkness. A moment that was as real as me or you, And that illustrated and accentuated the person that stood before me. 5 Years later that quest has no end in sight, I’ve worked with many recognizable Musicians and Actors, Shot well over 100,000 Light Paintings, and have a very enthusiastic group of over 10k followers and fans! I’m Reid! All my life I’ve been an entertainer, Weather it was Acting, Comedy, or Showing off new gadgets to friends I’ve always loved the «wow» factor!

After years of struggling to find something that combined all of my skills and talents into something I was passionate about, I stumbled onto Light painting.

My unusual obsession with gadgets, Lights, lasers, and awe-​creating doo-​dads, became one with my ever-​present enthusiasm for creating art and making people smile! Light painting is an Interactive art, its a way to break people out of their shells and take a peek at what they love, who they are, what they feel, and let them exemplify what they represent without a single touch of artificial enhancement.

I Do what I Do because it makes people happy and connects them with their own personality in a cosmic and beautiful way. After 150k+ Light paintings and countless events, I Have yet to have a single unhappy customer!
