I Dream of Lashes

In sitting here waiting for my 3^rd appointment with them. Up until this point I was very happy with the service. I had an appointment with Paula today at 11. I showed up and no one was there. I haven’t been able to reach Amanda or the number listed. I tried calling last week to reschedule for an earlier appointment and no one was available. This is just appalling that someone would take over someone else’s business and just drop the ball. I work in the same industry and would never do this to a client. I spoke to paula and she said she was unable to reach Amanda as well. If your own employee can’t reach you that’s pretty sad. I’m going to be seeing paula at her other location. My advice is learn to run a business and respect your customer’s time.

I went here because a friend has been her client for over a year and love’s Jacquie. I liked how she seemed very knowledgeable about doing lashes. She also explained the steps of what she was doing very well.
One week after I saw her, the volume lashes she put on were more than half gone. I didn’t rub my eyes and also followed all her care instructions perfectly. I let her know BEFORE my appointment what was happening to give her a heads up. When I went in, she said «what happened? I only have you scheduled for an hour. You need a full set, not just a fill. This never happens to my clients.» (Not taking any accountability) She then continued, «You sure you want to do this? I don’t want to waste your money if it doesn’t work again.» She is stating the facts here, but there was no apology what’s so ever. Where was her customer service? She couldn’t even offer a discount?
She changed the type of lash that was previously put on me to a classic lash instead of volume… and it stayed on and looked great. I would’ve been a return customer if she had an ounce of kindness. The good thing that came out of this is that I found another place called Integrity lashes that I absolutely love.
Again, Jacquie does a great job with the lash application but do not expect her to go the extra mile for you.

This place is incredibly unresponsive. I have been calling the number listed here, as well as, texting the person in charge (Amanda) and no one has gotten back
to me for 2 weeks. I think that they are now closed and would suggest going elsewhere.

Jackie was great! She was very detail oriented, and I got tons of compliments on my volume lashes. Just be aware that lash extensions do take time to apply… but definitely worth the result! She explained the whole process and maintenance thoroughly and left me with no questions.

Very clean but i could go somewhere for more resonable price all adds up. pluss tips, plus parking i rather travel to Santa Clarita and pay only 100.00.its BS to give the deposit once you make an appoitment on top they charge 100. oo more .i didnt like my eye lashes i look like fake doll .I want somthing more natural i am in finances i cant look like iam going to a party. i forgot even she didnt obligate you to buy it the sanitizer for 5 bucks could get at target for 5 and triple the amount. I wont go back to her.

I had bad experience from other lash artist before due to poor technique & bad application. I avoided doing extensions for a while because it affected my natural lash growth. Luckily, they grew back but it took a while. Anyway, I found a deal on living social & decided to try. I called to make an appointment. Jackie answered my call and I had told her about my concerns. She was attentive, and I appreciated the way she took the time to listen. Also, she knew what I wanted. She did a nice job on my new extensions and they lasted about a month — Wow! My lashes are thin, a little short, and super flat down; even though, it became a challenge for Jackie to apply the extensions on my natural lash, she did her best.

Wow! Jackie gave me lash extensions for a special occasion, my daughter’s bat mitzvah. They looked fabulous! She was the ultimate professional, thorough and gentle. Her salon space is immaculate, too. I will definitely go back!

My coworker Maggie came in to the office with beautiful lashes, I could not tell she had extensions on. If I could give Jackie a 10 I would. Beautiful work!

Jackie did such an amazing job with my extensions, I had a livingsocial voucher and wanted to get extensions so I wouldn’t have to wear a lot of eye makeup. My prior experiences with lash extensions weren’t so good because after the 1^st day of application they would fall out, but the quality of the lashes Jackie uses is night and day compared to the cheap plastic kinds that other places use, when I wash my face my lashes don’t feel heavy and these feel so natural, I can’t even tell I have them on! She was very meticulous during her application, and was very helpful to monitor your metered parking if you parked at the 2 hour meters on Woodman.
She played good music during the process, and I even managed to take a good nap. She is very quick in getting back to you and is very professional and polite. She is also knowledgeable about the maintenance and care of your lashes! Definitely go see her if you are considering making your lashes longer and sexier!

In 3 simple words… Jackie is amazing!
I purchased a Living Social deal because, like many, I was hesitant to pay full price for something that possibly may not work out. Prior to my first visit, Jackie & I spoke on the phone about the services she offered & overall helped to manage my expectations so that I knew what I was getting myself into.
It’s been a couple months now & I have no regrets! Jackie consistently delivers top notch customer service & professionalism in addition to her talents with lash application.

If I could give 10 stars I would!
I got a deal through groupon for a volume set and fill and could not be happier with the experience and results. Jacquie is such a doll and very professional and knowledgeable about what she does. She made sure I was comfortable and went as far as giving my keys to the valet guy to move my car off the street so I wouldn’t get a parking ticket.
The whole thing took about 2 hours but felt more like 30 min because she is so gentle, that you can’t help but relax and feel the time fly by. Afterwards she went over cleaning and maintenance tips and gave me an after care instructuons card which has been very helpful.
Even though it’s been less than a week, I called today to see if I could get a fill before Christmas eve and not only did she get back to me sameday she was able to squeeze me in tomorrow. Jacquie is simply the best!!!

Ok so I have super sensitive eyes and have had some bad experiences in the past with lashes. I love them and wanted to be able to have them but feared lashes just weren’t for me. I saw the deal for I Dream of Lashes originally on Groupon. I then checked her Unilocal and figured I would give lashes one last chance. It was the best choice I made! She deals with my sensitive eyes and I barely even feel her working. I get tons of compliments and couldn’t be happier. I go every two weeks to ensure they stay looking their best. She is affordable and does very good work :)

I have always been iffy about getting lash extensions, but now I’m so happy I got them! I have been looking at places to get them done, since it would be my first time ever. After reviewing the Unilocal account and before/​after pictures, I decided to book an appt with Jacquie. She was so helpful on the phone and in person! She answered all my questions and explained everything. She was so particular when figuring out what eyelash look you wanted. And she was very honest when you show her an eyelash style and it can’t look exactly that way due to your natural lashes, which I appreciate. I have already gotten so many compliments on my lashes and how natural they look! Which was the exact look I was going for. Her work area is very clean and I would totally recommend her for first timers like me!

I bought Jacquie’s volume lashes + 2 refills deal through Lifebooker after doing considerable research to find someone to do my eyelash extensions. Upon arrival, Jacquie was prompt and professional and asked me several detailed questions to determine the look I was going for. I have gotten extensions before, yet have never been asked what my thoughts were about the length, volume, and shape (e.g. cat-​eye or all one length), so I appreciated her taking the time to figure out what look I desired to achieve. The entire process took about two hours, so I recommend doing valet ($ 3.50) since street parking limits you to two hours! Jacquie discussed maintenance and sanitary techniques with me and answered all of my questions. She was a lot of fun to talk to throughout my appointment and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

I bought a living social deal after reading the Unilocal reviews for I Dream of Lashes – Unilocal came thru again!
I already had decent lashes, although I’m a pretty fair gal so you could never really see them without tons of mascara that I realize now… made my eyes sensitive! Thanks to Jacquie, I not only have big, thick gorgeous lashes (get the volume gals. why wouldn’t you??)…but! my eyes are no longer red and watery all the time. Must have been the mascara! Awww, sometimes the price you pay for beauty can really pay off. :) Gotta love it.
Jacquie knows what she is doing. Her knowledge, cleanliness and personable personality made me want to return to her for more lashes. Bonus is, she charges way less than I have seen elsewhere for fills. I am officially addicted.
Oh! First timers, beware of parking. I didn’t realize how long these babies can take to put on… ran out my meter and got a nice ticket. Really happy about that living social deal now. Don’t make my mistake… it took around 2 hours the first time. Of course, my mistake. Still 5 stars and my business will be going to Jacquie.

–I discovered this beauty through IG and fell in love with her work immediately. Appointment booking process was smooth with the number provided. Arrived on time day of appt to fill out paper work and began lash application. NOTE: Process may be lengthy but it’s very well worth it when you see final results! ;) Most importantly: SHE WAS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!!! 5 stars for overall experience!

I’ve been getting my lashes done for a couple of years now and I was looking for a new place to get them done and I found Jackie on Groupon. Now changing your eyelash specialist isn’t like changing your manicurist, you need to find a person who knows what they’re doing.
I called Jackie and she was super sweet over the phone and wasn’t pressuring me to make the appointment. She answered any questions I had, and I decided to make the appointment.
When I got there she was as nice in person as she was over the phone. Throughout the whole process she told me what she was doing before she did it and made me comfortable.
I decided to go with the «Classic» lashes and it was the best decision ever! Everyone has been telling me, «I never knew you had such long lashes!» I Will never go to anyone else for my lashes!
