Coming here for dry cleaning is one thing but be careful when having alterations done.
Brought 2 pairs of pants here to be altered. Came back to pick them up and each leg is a different length. I tried telling the man but he insisted they were the same till he brought out the measuring tape and there was about an inch or so of a difference in each leg. He said he’ll fix it. Left it again and had to come back.
Came back the 2^nd time and still uneven. Paid for the alterations because his son thought I was complaining just so I don’t pay. The nerve!!!
I will NEVER step foot in this place again.

Joy cleaners has wonderful service. They have done a good job dry cleaning our clothes. We’ve been customers for about a year now and so far we’re very happy. They even bring our dry cleaning to the car when it’s heavy and I can’t carry it! It’s all about keeping your customers happy!

I have brought my clothes here for several years for dry cleaning, restitching, damaged jeans, comforters, you name it. Not only do they do a fantastic job I truly enjoy this family owned business for their professionalism. Kevin the gentleman whom I have referred countless friends and family members is a a great individual alongside his parents whom work at the business.
I had left some things here for 2 months and completely forgot however they were so nice that they kindly informed my aunt whom takes her clothes here as well to let me know and, whenever I can to pick up my items. My aunt was taking her clothes to another cleaners in which ruined her very expensive garments. I referred her to Joy Cleaners and we couldn’t be happier with their services. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I took my coat and down jacket in for cleaning. The guy could have easily charged me to take out an oil stain on the down jacket and done the easy work himself. Instead he told me to take it back home and put some baby powder on it to get the oil out. I dig that kind of honesty and integrity. Now I learned a new cleaning trick! Jacket is like new again!

Awesome dry cleaning and tailor services! I started coming here because of the positive Unilocal reviews and have not been let down. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give this place zero stars.
I’ve been here several times before and yesterday I came in to have a comforter washed… NOT DRY CLEANED and he tried charging me 28 dollars. What a FRICKIN rip off. Never coming here again.

i had a miscellaneous stain on one of my favorite hoodies, the kind proprietor took my hoodie and tried to remove the stain for free! this was such a kind gesture that i will definitely be a returning customer.
since then i have only gone one time to get a grease stain from a car removed from a different hoodie, i really dont have many things that need dry cleaning, however i will always and forever come to this place.
amazing service, friendly owners and conveniently located near where i live. what else can u ask for?!

There’s nothing better than walking into your neighborhood «anything» and having them know your name. Joy Cleaners is one such place. The service is great, the prices are competitive, the turn around is quick and they are open 7am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 4:30pm on Saturday. I have been coming here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. They even do rush jobs for me at no extra charge and they’ve stayed open a little longer for me when I was stuck in traffic. Now that’s excellent service!

1^st experience was wonderful. Came to get a bridesmaid dress tailored. Work was done well and on time.
2^nd time was horrific. Met with Joy to alter another bridesmaid dress. We agreed that I needed to hem and change the zipper.
The dress was purchased for less than $ 40 and the alterations at Joy came to be $ 30 (I was in a hurry and wanted to get it over with). She wanted $ 35 but I wheeled her down to $ 30 because #1) I ran to Joanne’s to buy the zipper myself to bring to her #2) I wanted just 1 layer hemmed, even though she wanted both layers done.
The day the dress was due I didn’t realize till around 9 pm! I forgot and frantically called (wedding was in 2 days) and Joy’s husband answered asking if he was still open, he says «yes» then once we told him we were coming to pick up the dress, he changed his answer to «no, we’re closed»…my bf and I looked at each other like «wtf? you were open but when we said we’re picking up the dress suddenly you’re closed?!» we knew something was fishy. So the guy agrees and says ok come now.
Rushing over there we find out the DRESS WAS NOT READY! Joy was still working on it!!! *Omg* I was freaking out, thank god it wasn’t MY wedding dress… He says she’ll be done later tonight and he’ll drop it off at our house. (Weird, right?) We ended up having to run errands and drove to his house to pick up my dress!
If they cared about keeping long-​term customers they should have…
1) NEVER LIED
2) Discounted the alterations for all the trouble I had to go through!
Just horrible. Sorry, I love mom and pops and am a large supporters but the lies and deception both Joy and her husband fed me. Not cool.

I give Joy Cleaners my absolute highest recommendation possible. Kevin runs the store with his father and mother and are always the nicest people, do the best job, fast turnaround, and very reasonable prices. After you’ve been in a couple times, Kevin will remember who you are and usually have the order processing as you are entering the store. His mother does tailoring on the premises. Give this little local gem a try and you will soon become a life long patron as I have.

I enjoyed my experience here and the guy behind the counter even gave me a few extra buttons for free when I inquired about them.

This is THE place to go for dry cleaners in the area. After about a week Kevin and family knew my name. That doesn’t happen too often. Clothes ALWAYS clean and ready on time, and they haven’t lost anything ever in the years I’ve gone there. Top notch family business.

This is as good as it gets with customer service. I’ve been going for years and they are great. You won’t be disappointed.

This cleaners is located in a strip mall with ⁷⁄₁₁. I’ve been using this cleaners since 90’s and it’s still owned by the same person. He is polite and seems to remember every customer’s name. Alteraltion lady did a few pairs of my slacks and jackets that I still wear them after a decade, not to mention she did my wife’s wedding dress alterations too. Try out this place, you won’t be dissapointed !!!

I have been going to this local cleaners for a few years now. Everyone is friendly. You’re always greeted when you walk in. They do a great job on my clothes and I take all my jeans there for alterations as well. Don’t have any complaints:)

So the first time I drop a shirt here, they completely «missed» a stain on the cuff that was pretty obvious. It was black and about the size of a dime.
No problem… He was going to re-​do it, no charge of course.
I come back to pick it up the second time, and not only was the stain not out, but so was some of the color in the shirt… and the guy had the audacity to ask me to come back to deal with it later because he was «kind of busy» on the phone… Absolutely ridiculous. Never again. Learn how to treat your customers, especially when the screw up is your fault.

located in a strip mall… but the best cleaner’s i have been too. they are reasonable, polite, and clean. they do dry cleaning, laundry & tailoring. if you need your leather clothing cleaned they do send it out, but it comes out great… love this place!!!
