The Best Carpet and Floor restoration service! They do both our office and house and was so happy with the results! They arrived on time and very professional! no smell on the carpet after they finished and our floor laminated floor looks new again! Ive had used 3 company before but so far JP Carpet is the best! I was very disappointed the way they did business. I called two weeks ahead to schedule and get estimate on the price. they gave me estimate based on the size and number of rooms. when they arrived the measured the rooms for size and it came out to be less then what i told them for estimate. However the cost became more then double!!! when we asked that your estimate was half then what you told us they started giving me excuses. we called the office and he told me he’ll give me 10% discount but when i tried paying Unilocal deal they declined! they said i cant use it as they are giving me 10% off! what a ripoff! i had to give the apartment keys on the next day back to owner so i had no choice but to use them however if i had choice i would have never used them!
Beware and make sure you get everything clear before you commit.

I’ve used Peter and Jackie to clean our carpets for years. They alwayd show up on time, do an excellent job and are fairly priced. Through the years we’ve had various accidents, prImarily with our dogs but just recently with some candle wax spilled in the bedroom. They invariably make time to deal with emergencies, usually the same day, and they’ve never failed to get the stain out. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I love JP carpet cleaning. It’s a family owned business (husband/​wife) that offers personalized, excellent service. I called and got an appointment for the next day. Jackie and her crew were on time, efficient, and did a wonderful job on getting my carpets clean. Wow! Jackie checked in with me halfway through the cleaning to make sure I was satisfied with the work – which I was. No fuss, no muss! Jackie and Peter are a kind husband and wife team who actually care to help and completely please the customer — they did a job I didn’t think could be done… buffing the hard water residue that was sadly streaked all over our beautiful engineered, very scratchable (soft) baked-​on finish hardwood floor. They spent all day and went through more lambswool soft buffing pads than they cared to, but they wanted the floor to look right and they succeeded! We will ask them to do other types of cleaning jobs and report back…

I love JP Carpet. It’s a small, owner-​operated business. Peter and Jackie do the work themselves or are there supervising, so you never have to worry. They come when they say they’re going to, right on time, and they do a great job every time. I’ve only had them clean my carpets so far, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for other work. They’re highly professional and very nice people to boot.

From the customer experience when I made my first appointment to when I used them again to scotch guard my couch, they were extremely professional, kind, polite and just plain wonderful to work with! So happy to have found this wonderful company. I had new floor tiles that were installed 6 months ago, they were never sealed properly which made them impossible to clean, after purchasing 5 different cleaning machines that didn’t help. I found Jp carpets and export floor care. My floors look like the day they were installed. They are now easy to care for since they put the proper sealer on. Amazing! My yucky white kitchen porcelain tiles never looked better. In fact, my husband and I couldn’t remember if they were that white when they were installed several years ago. I never imagined they could be cleaned to that degree, including the grout. My only regret was that we’ve been living with disgusting tiles all this time.
Their professionalism was top notch, and they showed up on time. I feel like I won the jackpot discovering JP carpet cleaning!!!
Only downside… Nobody is allowed in the kitchen!

I needed desperate help to clean up residue from sealant for a bad installation job. I called JP carpet cleaning and was told by Peter that he could clean it up. Set up appointment but they called to cancel saying they already had other appointments that day so I changed the appointment to another day. Then the day of the appointment, again, they called to say that they couldn’t come out because it is too far for them to drive. WTF? I gave my address first time, they were aware of the distance and I was ok for them to charge extra for the driving time. Don’t bother calling this place, unprofessional and misleading, a waste of time for someone who really needs service fast.

Just had Gary clean my two heavily stained carpets.
Happy to say they look sparkling clean, like new! Smell even better too!

We get about 800 people through here a week and it’s amazing how clean they can get our carpet.
