I hired a lawyer by the name of Saiid Arjomand in August 2015. All that was done was appear for continuance. That’s it. No actual work was done for the entire 7 months. My husbands life was in this lawyers hands in which we trusted was taking good care of his case. In many instances, I asked staff and lawyer to let me know if they had too many cases in which they would not properly be able to handle my husbands case so that time would not pass in vain and so that I can prepare myself to seek somewhere else. This did not happen. I really hope that this does not happen to anyone else, please do some digging and research before you hire any lawyer. I truly wish I would of had a good experience with this law firm but unfortunately I did not. I hope this review does not get removed like my prior post.

I needed to find a criminal defense firm, there were so many options online that I was totally overwhelm. I called the law offices of david Chesley because of their great reviews, I’m very glad I did, because they didn’t disappoint me. They started working on my case with a small deposit and they gave me a couple of months to pay off my account. Thank you so much David for proving my innocence. After my recent arrest i wasn’t sure what route to take. I had heard horror stories on public defenders and i didn’t want to take the risk of losing my case. I called David Chesley after a co-​worker referred him to me. I set up a consultation so i can ask him the tons of questions i had since i had never gone through anything like this in my life. He was very helpful and even gave me monthly payments to pay off my balance. My case was completely thrown out which should have happened from the get go but David helped me through out the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone fighting a case.

Going to jail is terrifying, so when i was recently arrested i knew i had to get professional help. I have priors on my record so i was so scared to go back to jail. Luckily my brother pointed me in the right direction and set me up with a consultation with an attorney he had hired a few years ago. I decided to hire David Chesley because i felt like he understood where i came from and how important this was to me. We went to court 5 times until finally he was able to get me an offer that didn’t involve any jail time. I will be paying fines and doing community service but thank god I won’t be going back to jail. David definitely worked his magic, he was very aggressive and didn’t give in. I called David Chesley after my husband was arrested for his 3rd DUI on New Year’s day. We were so nervous because my husband is the sole bread winner and going to jail would result in him losing his job. We met with David and he explained what his strategy would be to avoid jail time. He went to court with my husband 3 times and negotiated a deal for him to be placed on probation, pay fines and complete a 6 month DUI class. David Chesley and his associate, Josef Castiel represented me in a DUI offense. This was the first time for me. I liked David and his staff from our first meeting. David explained the criminal process and gave me a best and worst case scenario of the outcome of my case in our first meeting, he was honest and I never felt hurried or pressured to hire him. He charged me a flat fee and started working on my case with a small deposit and allowed me to make monthly payments on the balance. It would have been very easy for my attorney Josef to want to take a plea deal early on in the process. It would have been less time for him. He was great in finding discrepancies in the arrest and there were a few continuances. My case took more time than the typical DUI, but he never asked for more money and I never felt rushed and he always kept me informed on what was going on and what the next steps were. Josef got me the best deal. I would highly recommend David Chesley and Josef Castiel.

Hiring a lawyer was all new to me, I had never been in trouble so I didn’t know where to go. I called about 15 lawyers to get a consultation and a lot of them were surprisingly rude. I decided to go with David Chesley because he was very thorough and seemed to know his stuff. He worked with me when it came to the price since that was an issue for me. I don’t really want to post details on my case but it was something very serious that involved jail time… I didn’t have to do any jail time and upon the completion of a class that the judge gave me, my case will be completely dismissed. I had called David Chesley’s office since one of my really good friends referred me to him and I’m happy he did. He gave me a consultation over the phone and then scheduled me to come in person to see him. He was very courteous and he made me feel confident I had a chance to win my case. Since I have never been in any legal trouble I decided to call around and speak with other lawyers so I can get different point of views. Well, let me tell you…99% of lawyers I called were either rude, not available or blatantly lied to me to get me to pay them. Every time I called he was able to answer my questions, and most importantly he treated me with respect. David provided me excellent service and not to mention got me amazing results on my case, worth every penny.

Umm so let me start by saying I hate the system. My whole situation is completely ridiculous. I was pulled over in Downey for not having my seatbelt on «apparently». Anyways, I got a dui… Had three drinks too much I guess but my cousin referred me to David. Honestly had no clue about how this stuff works but when I called the office Debra explained everything thoroughly. They were able to work with my schedule and a go to court for me. The process was stressful because I’ve never been I trouble before but my case manager George was very upfront and understanding. I called ALOT and annoyed the crap out of him but I made it through and he kept me at bay. Ended up with a wet reckless. Attorney was cool and handled business. Overall this firm really delivered no bs and the price was affordable for me. Just don’t drink and drive guys

Firstly, the law office is very unprofessional. I call and get the hang up from them every time. The initial lawyer that represented me never called me to update me on my case and when I asked for his number they said he only responds to emails. I believe his name was Siiad which is another thing, I didn’t even know who was representing me. So a day before my appearance I receive a call saying he was sick and a new lawyer would be appointed to my case. I actually spoke to him on the phone and got his direct contact information his name is Josef Castiel, very wonderful man and very frank. As for the receptionist and case managers forget about it. They didn’t know whether to scratch their watch or wind their back.
If saving money was the reason you are considering this law firm i highly recommend not using that $ 600 free coupon in the mail they send and spend the extra money on a lawyer that is from a smaller firm based off quality not quantity.

God bless David and his law firm! I am glad to express how massively thankful our whole family and myself are to David for succeeding in demonstrating my innocence. David was prepared the day of the case with a few ways to deal with the situation. Fortunately, we wound up just requiring the first, and I was found not guilty with the help of evidence David and his investigator were able to obtain.
Also, I was in court two days prior to the day was going to leave for a trip to South Africa. David made an incredible showing of clarifying the potential results of my case and the approach he would take to safeguard me. If we had to continue the Court date, or if we lost the case, it would have caused me to have to forfeit my trip costing me a lot of money.
Other than being a straight-​forward, and deeply-​involved attorney, I appreciate David’s work in proving me not guilty. He was by all accounts truly inspiring to me when I was looking for help and seeking a way out. I additionally need to express my appreciation towards all of David Chesley’s staff, including his investigator whose work provided the evidence to prove the true fact that I was not involved.
