Description

Specialties

I specialize in helping my clients buy and sell real estate in Sherman Oaks and other parts of the San Fernando Valley. I work with first time home buyers to help them make one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll make in their lives. I help senior citizens through the stressful and emotional upheaval of selling a treasured family home. I specialize in offering the customer service that allows my clients to focus on their needs and dreams while I pay attention to the details that help make them a reality. I have also worked on the commercial side with leases and senior care housing.

History

Established in 2005.

I started my real estate career in 2015 after a successful turn in the entertainment industry. I was drawn to the opportunities to use the communication, executive and people skills I had developed in the entertainment industry. I received my license in 2005 and immediately started my training. I hit the ground running during a hot market, but when the real estate industry started cooling off in 2007, and the economy collapsed in 2008, I was very fortunate to be able to go back to basics and build my business one person at a time. My specialty is customer service, knowledge of the market, and a hyperlocal connection to what is going on in my neighborhood. I will always offer white clove service to my clients — above and beyond what is required.
