This place is awesome. Why? A couple of months ago my older brother got into an accident. Not his fault of course. And our lawyer was able to get us the best people on the job to fix our SUV. The SUV only went for some repair work on the driver side and some on the front end. And the work was astonishing. Our window were somehow smashed in both from driver side and rear. And thank to Sam Sarkisian and his team they hooked us up with windows free of charge. And a new tire. I for one wasn’t expecting this but f**k awesome work. Big definite recommend everyone to come here, if you don’t then you’re fool not to.

If only there was a way to award more than 5 stars for the people who truly deserve it. I am so impressed with the quality and professionalism with Oxnard collision center. My car is my LIFE. Some might even say my obsession with it is a bit excessive. Nevertheless, I trusted my car with this business and I am so glad I did. Everyone on their team is talented, professional, experienced, and extremely patient. I will never go anywhere besides Oxnard Collision Center ever again. Fix your car here and I guarantee you it will be the least stressful car repair you’ll have. They towed my car the very next morning after my accident, rented me a loaner to drive so all I had to do was return it and pick up my car when it was done. When I picked up my car, not only had they done their job, but they went above and beyond by cleaning and buffing it. It looked like a million bucks! I hadn’t seen it look this good since we drove it new off the dealership lot. Armen, Sam and company take pride in their work ad deserve your business!

I was at a stop sign when a driver who was in a real hurry didn’t stop in time and bumped me from behind. It was relatively minor. It left a small scratch on the back bumper and a crack in a tail light. The person said her father owned a body shop and not to go through insurance, but I didn’t want to put faith in a stranger, who just hit a car that I had only had for a few months.
I got an award amount from her insurance company and took it to Sam. He said it was way too low my for vehicle and said not to worry about it and that he would take care of it. Sure enough, he called the insurance adjusters himself and had a new person take a look at the car and they agreed that a higher amount of damage was done to the car.
Sam had my car fixed relatively quickly. I think the process only took about a week. The new parts and paint job were great. You can’t tell the car was in an accident. Even better, they repaired a small scratch on the right side of the car, that wasn’t a result of the accident!
They are also conveniently located near auto rental companies (I used Enterprise, also on Oxnard).
I hope I’ll never need their services again, but if I do, I will ALWAYS bring my cars to Sam and Oxnard Collision Center. They had great customer service, were very open, informative and educative on the entire process. You’ll never get the impression that they are trying to rip you off.

The best body shop I have ever gone to. I have gotten in a few accidents recently and both times have taken my car to them. They take care of you as if you were family. They do such a great job, as if the car had never gotten into an accident. My most recent accident damaged my steering column, but after taking it here it is as if it’s better than new. They don’t try to swindle you about prices and charge rates or damages that don’t exist. I HIGHLY recommend going here if you’ve been in an accident.

With in the last year unfortunately I was involved in 2 car accidents (both of which were not my fault). The first one was a major a rear ender that significantly damaged my car while the second one was a less severe fender bender. The first accident was my very first time dealing with an accident and figuring everything out. A close friend of mine recommended taking my car to Oxnard Collision Center for getting estimates and getting my car repaired. After giving them a call I took my car in and it turned out to be an amazing decision. Sam is the man there! He is very experienced in the field and will explain everything that needs to be done from A to Z. He answered all my questions and truly made me feel like I was getting taken care of. This was extremely helpful for someone who was dealing with an accident for the first time. The repair process was smooth and I had my car back in no time! The second time I was involved in an accident I went back to Oxnard Collision Center and I had the same great experience getting my car repaired. Overall, there’s no other place I’d go after these two awesome experiences with them. Save yourself the headaches and check them out. Thanks for all the help!

Had my wife’s car repaired here after a young kid ran a stop sign and T-​boned us. I dealt with Sam. His service was great. They took care of all the headache that I anticipated the insurance company would cause. They were really pro at negotiating with the insurance adjuster too. The car was delivered no later than promised, and honestly looked newer and shinier than before the accident. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best shop out there! Have been a customer here for years and I won’t take my car anywhere else! My whole family takes their cars there and we are always very satisfied! Sarkis is the bomb! He truly helps you and not rob you like other body shops! Usually when you’re in a body shop (except for customizations and what not) u are there because something broke down or something and you’re usually in a bind! Sarkis and his team makes u feel at ease and comfortable like everything’s going tl work again! They’re truly kind people! Very hard to find these days!!!

Oxnard Collision Center is hands down the best place to take your car to get any body work done particularly after an accident.
I’ve had 2 cars fixed there ranging from over 10k in damages to a few thousand and they do the best work in the shortest time possible. They make it easy, just drop your keys off, give them some basic info, and your out.
The difference with Oxnard collision center is that when they get money to fix your car from your insurance company they use as much as they can on your car instead of pocketing it and cutting corners on work like most body shops.
Plus the shop is located a half block from an enterprise car rental.
I always recommend them to all my friends and family.

This body shop is AMAZING! I have never gotten such friendly service at any auto place in my life. They fixed my car to BRAND NEW, like it just came out of the showroom, and a very reasonable price. I have already sent two new clients to them and will continue to do so. Great work guys!

So I pulled out of my own parking spot a little too quickly this morning and scraped the stucco edge with the pretty, shiny light blue metal of my beautiful new Yaris.
INSTANT FREAK OUT.
The stucco wall damaged the side a bit, and as worrisome as I was like a first time mother with her kid’s first real emergency «ouch», I didn’t have time to look online and took my chances going to the first auto shop I saw driving down the street.
Let me just tell you the rest.
A technician greeted me at the desk as soon as I came in, and right away he began to check out my car as I described to him what happened. He was very attentive, and after evaluating my baby’s «boo boo», he gave me a great quote and offered to fix it pronto.
From the very beginning, the customer service here was top notch, and I felt that my car was good hands the more I got to know the team. When I signed papers releasing the car, I met the owner and he’s probably one of the nicest, most professional people I’ve ever met. I got a real sense of honesty and integrity from everyone I spoke with, and when I got my baby back, I couldn’t believe it. My little accident looks like it never happened and the work is just flawless.
I’ve cruised down the rest of the street plenty of times after my run-​in, and I’ve noticed something about OCC. No other shop in the «Auto District» of Oxnard between Woodman and Van Nuys comes close to the professional physical outlook of the Center: their sign is a standout, there is plenty of parking space in the front, and when you go inside, the wall is covered with certifications and recognitions of the good work they do. I received great service right off the bat, and in addition, the shop was super clean, and I really liked that.
In conclusion, I’m at a complete loss for words on why this place doesn’t have the most five star reviews in the area. I did ask about that bad March review featured here on Unilocal,but I was told that the reviewer must have been mistaken this place with another across the street, as they are NOT Oxnard Auto Body. Unilocalers, I hope this review compensates for the missing ones, as well as that bad one, as I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I thank God I found this place. I could have easily been taken advantage of (seriously, I know NOTHING about cars) and I ended up walking out incredibly relieved that I met such an experienced, stellar team that does such excellent service. Thank you Oxnard Collision Center. You guys are simply amazing. :)
