Two problems with my P.C.: it was running slow and I was no longer able to access the internet after updating to Windows 10. I have used PC Sales before and was pleased with their work. Sarkis was very helpful throughout the repair process. Within 2 hours of leaving the computer, he called to tell me my hard drive was nearly dead and needed to be replaced; this was the likely reason for it running slow. He told me that after replacing it, he would look into the internet issue. He was able to clone my old hard drive, something he was not certain could be done due to it being so close to dying, making my life so much easier and not having to reconstruct all my files from back-​up drives. The computer was repaired, got it home, and still could not connect with the internet. A call to Sarkis led him to taking control of my computer to diagnose the problem: Windows 10 does not provide for Internet Explorer as a default connection unless the user adds it to its short list of providers. Sarkis discovered the issue and resolved it within 10 minutes. The computer operates as it should, I have internet access, and I am a happy customer. Customer service was excellent throughout the process and the price for repair was reasonable. Will return to PC Sales again.

Excellent service. My laptop was becoming undone at the hinges and I needed it fixed fast as its my only computer and I work on it. They promised to look at it within couple of hours and turned out to be way less then that. I could even use their computers meanwhile, and they even offered water to my pup :). Most importantly great service and quick!

Found this company through a friend’s recommendation, and am so pleased with their capabilities it is worth driving the long distance to get there in rush hour traffic. I have turned to this company several times to diagnose major issues with my laptop’s damaged system (providing a replacement hard drive), and to search for and remove potential malware from a scammer I foolishly gave access to by phone. I will be returning soon to move to better anti-​virus software and ensure it is compatible with the new Microsoft software upgrade that will be installed.
Feel very grateful for their knowledge, proficiency, professionalism, patience with all my questions! and genuine friendliness. Emil and Sarkis worked me in on very short notice due to my desperation, even though they were pretty busy with other clients. I feel their costs for the variety of services they offer are very reasonable, and highly recommend them to anyone who has computer problems (and who doesn’t!), or even just wants to add and/​or upgrade software.
[A personal note of caution to other users: –Do not mishandle a laptop by moving it around on its side while it is still on, as it can damage the hard drive. –BACK UP YOUR DATA AT LEAST EVERY OTHER WEEK. If you have critical document or picture files that you update weekly, and you don’t have Dropbox or other cloud storage, you will lose them if there’s a hardware problem. –And lastly, DO NOT accept any phone calls from self-​described experts who have noticed problems remotely on your computer. These guys invent problems they say only they can resolve, for hundreds of dollars, and then want you to approve their access to your computer and give them your credit card and CV numbers. This is a scam! I had to cancel and replace my credit card. Only have a reputable business like PC Sales and Service work on your computer whom YOU call.]

PC Sales and services is where I go whenever my PC is acting up. They are professionals, skillful and know what they are doing. What I like about them is that they tell me as it is so I know what to expect. It is now couple of years that I have worked with them and I am really happy with their services… I primarily work with Emil and Sarkis and they are fantastic and recently I had the pleasure of working with Matt as well… The best part was that I took my PC back late in Friday afternoon after they had already fixed it and I could not get it working (it was all me fault) but Matt stayed late to help me and fixed it in 3 minutes but I got calls that evening from Emil, Sarkis and Matt… they wanted to make sure everything was good… I have not experienced such an excellent customer service for long time.

These guys are true professionals! They fixed my computer in a timely manner, and was very reasonably priced. I was about to just buy a new computer, but decided to give them a shot since they have such great reviews. Turns out it wasn’t a big issue and they had me back up and running quickly! This is my only computer repair shop now. Thanks, again!

Great customer service! I contacted them after my computer crashed. They discovered that nothing serious had occurred and recommended a deep cleaning. They are very honest. They advised me to work with one of the technicians to clean up my files and to purchase an external backup drive to protect my data. I spent an hour working with the tech and he set up the automatic backup. I can sleep knowing that all is safe with my data. Also, they turned around the computer pretty quick. I highly recommend their services.

At first, I was a bit scared of paying someone only for the diagnostic. After working with these guys I understood and that is the only way to go, it seems like they sound a solution to my problem really fast and didn’t charge me additional when it happened again they told me to bring it in and did not charge me anything. As of now a month later the problem is still so. And yes that they got it done the same day unlike other places that asked for at least Forty-​Eight Hours some who can’t afford not having the computer for 48 hours?

Brought my pc in yesterday. They fixed usb connection issues, replaced the driver, replaced conflicting antivirus software, and fixed flicker screen. Windows 10 has issues, ever since I upgraded to Windows 10, the flicker screen has been bugging me. Finally, I’m glad it’s gone.
The pc is ready the next morning. Professional service, friendly staff, and reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend their service to my friends.

Came in today with a busted pair of headphones and Giv fixed them up quickly and for free.

These guys are outstanding in every way! Emil, Sarkis, Eily, and Giv were all understanding of the issues I was having and led me through every step of the way. They never made me feel stupid (even though I have very little working computer knowledge) and made sure to answer every question I had. After spending at least 3 hours on the phone with Microsoft, HP & my software company, I desperately ran my computer over to Sarkis (whom I’d never met) in a panic. I had already bought replacement parts at Best Buy an hour earlier, as I was advised by one of the technicians in India.
I looked on Unilocal for the best reviewed place nearby, and thank goodness I found my way here!
I am computer illiterate essentially, so I was sure that I’d be forking over a fortune (and at that point it didn’t matter how much), BUT… My hero to the rescue, Sarkis, calmly sat down with me, looked at my computer, pushed a couple things, explained a couple things, and sent me on my way. I wish I could admit that it was a very technical issue that needed so many parts and techs to fix, but thankfully it wasn’t.
I asked Sarkis how much, and he said, «nothing».
What!!! Yes! He said there would be no charge.
I don’t say this to have people rush in for free repairs of course, but besides my computer being fixed, my peace of mind was worth a ton of money (at least to me!).
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

These guys are really nice but didn’t deliver great results. However, Best Buy’s Geek squad charges twice as much and takes twice as long. My advice: get a Mac.

When I was downloading music from some bootleg sites online and a virus popped up that prevented me from using my computer — i was not a happy camper! i wanted someone to fix the computer quickly and for as cheap as possible. Found PC Sale and Service and told them my problem. They quoted me an upfront fee of $ 59 and said that it would likely come out to $ 79 (for average computer virus’). Other places were $ 89 — $ 100. I took it in, was greeted with a friendly reception and was told that it would be ready in 24 hours. 24 hours later, it was ready, in perfectly working condition AND cleaned up! Additionally, they had no problem honoring their Unilocal deal for $ 63 … so my fiancé, who picked it up, just had to pay the $ 4. Fast, Cheap, Honest and Friendly (the cleaning was above and beyond) — what else do you need for a computer fix? 5 stars.

If I could give these gentlemen more than 5 stars, I would. That’s how amazing they are.
I woke up this morning to a broken charger jack on my laptop. After two failed attempts at finding a qualified repair location, I was directed to PC Sales & Service. I’m a small business owner so my business and entire life are on my computer. I almost came unglued at the thought of it not being able to turn on again. On top of that, I had no idea what to expect with regard to the price. I certainly didn’t want to pay more for repairs than the cost of the computer.
Anyway, it was a problem with which they were very familiar. They gave me my two options and a ballpark of the cost of each scenario. Not outrageous at all. Although they thought it could take at least a day to fix my issue, they called me late afternoon today notifying that my computer was fixed! Not only was it fixed, but it was a few dollars less than my original quote.
A note for all potential customers — every computer gets a diagnostic run on it as part of the fee you’re already paying; no extra charge. In addition, they completely cleaned my computer on the inside and outside. She looks brand new.
I’m very thankful for PC Sales & Service. I hope to not need them again in the future, but should something arise, I’ll come back here without question.

I went to PC Sales & service based on their good reviews. They saved my computer and also saved me from having to buy a new one. At first I thought it was a little overpriced but they are honest and really know what they are doing and they did such a great job! I’m satisfied.
I dont usually like going to places in Ventura blvd because parking is always a problem. However I love that they have free parking and a very nice waiting area.

I had spilled coffee on my Mac which cost 2500!!! I was sure it is gone !! They save it for me price was great, customer service was amazing .
Very knowledgable people and professionals.
