Leo Frincu trains elite athletes and regular people in his superbly outfitted gym Results Studio in beautiful Southern California, where he lives with his wife and daughter. His roster of clients includes Olympic champions, business people, weekend warriors and young athletes. Leo Frincu brings an exceptional perspective to athletics and he shares it openly and generously with his clients.
