Crooks!
I brought my Saab here. I had these 4 warning lights showing up. Dropped the car off and got a call later in the day saying it was a sensor on one of the wheels that needed to be replaced. Cost: almost $ 800.
a week later, the same exact lights come back on. bring it in, no now its the EBSCM but first they need to rewire it so they can test the EBSCM, cost: $ 600. If the EBSCM is damaged, thats $ 3200.
no explanation as to why they thought it was a sensor, would not give me my money back or deduct it from these new costs.
Called my old mechanic who is all the way in venice, told him the lights that were showing up in the car and he immediately told me what it was, the EBSCM. He said he didn’t know if i wanted to spend $ 1000 to fix it. (thats a difference of $ 2200!!!)
he also said it wasn’t necessary because even if it did completely fail, my brakes would still work.
moral of the story, Casa de Cadillac is the typical SCUMBAG auto shop rips you off.

Great service! I take my Saab here for maintenance. And they provide transportation to your work while your vehicle gets fixed. That’s always nice! Eric is always very nice and helpful! Would recommend!

The service is bad. It is significantly worse than when I go to Honda with my other car. Not what I expect for a premium car brand. Service department never answers phones it always goes to voicemail.
I went by to have a headlight bulb replaced. I thought why pay $ 25 and do it myself when it is covered under warranty. No other cars were there and it still took them over an hour to replace the bulb. They told me 30 minutes when I arrived. I was not offered a drink or anything while I was waiting.
Also had problems in the past where they gave out bad info regarding paperwork which the DMV requested for an engine mod. In the end the Beverly Hills Saab Service Manager had to go and explain it to them.
This is a sub-​par dealership. Try Beverly Hills or Santa Monica for better customer service.
