This company is a total scam. We asked them to come out and take a look at our gate that a truck ran into. The guy who came out was very rude and demeaning to our employee. He hit the door a couple times with a hammer and then demanded payment. When we told him that he didn’t do anything he said next time he would charge us double. Now the door is getting worse and I tried calling to get them back out and they have been totally avoiding me. They know that I am going to ask for our money back so they keep telling me they will call me back. DO NOT call these guys they will be a waste of your time and money!

We had a guy from this place come out, and give us an estimate of $ 250 to ‘make adjustments’ to my gate. He was rude, over bearing and talked down to me, as if I was an idiot. He then got extremely aggressive towards me when I said we had another gate company coming out to give us an estimate, and was irate that we wanted another bid.
Thankfully, we did get another estimate: we were told the same thing from the last person we called (it needed an ‘adjustment”), except his fee was $ 95. That is a HUGE price difference. And the guy we hired was extremely professional, prompt and courteous.
