Our company strives to exceed customers’ expectations every time we make a move. We offer a consistent rate for your move and always quote you under the standard «tariff» rate of other movers.

We offer different options including: full packing and full unpacking, partial packing, loading and unloading only, local moves, interstate moves, office/​business moves, home moves, and internal moves where we move large pieces from room to room as requested.

History

Established in 2000.

15 years ago we started a family business dedicated to a white glove furniture delivery and installation. We were working for designers and furniture stores in Los Angeles area. After several requests coming from our customers we decided to expand our business and started working in this new challenge we called Standard Price Moving Company.

Standard Price ® treats customer possessions with care and respect. The company strives to exceed customers’ expectations every time it makes a move. We do it again and again as customers continue to recommend our moving company to friends and family for their household moving.

I was apprehensive about my move since I had heard horror stories about movers in general. Yaya and Eliana at Std. Price were very helpful. They didn’t even need to go out to the apt. to do the estimate. From my description of my contents over the phone they gave me a price. I had contacted another referral but he turned out to be a guy with a truck and a friend. The move was from North Hollywood to Valencia, CA (20 miles). I took a chance on Standard Price based on the Unilocal reviews. I got Jose as the crew manager and William and Fernando as the crew. One of them carried a queen size mattress all by himself up a short stairway. They were hard workers. The move price was within the estimate they quoted me, no surprises at the end. I will use them again on my next move.

I was out of the state and couldn’t get back for the planed move. Best of L. A (California) Standar Price Moving Company saved the day I called them on Monday and they worked overtime to make sure my family was taken care of and made my family feel safe and secure during the move. My wife said they were friendly and professional. She was amazed how well organized they were. She will never move without them again! Great rates, professional service, easy to work with and very accommodating! And most importantly the move was non stressful for my wife and kids.

Second time using these guys as we had way to much stuff to move all at once and just as happy as the first time. Guys were on time, professional, happy and FAST! Definitely made my moving experience pleasant and not as hectic as I thought it would be. Great guys and service! You can trust them with your stuff — they act fast but take great care to wrap everything and be gentle. Wonderful!

William and Jose are absolute pros and I felt like they were really taking care of my furniture. Great moving company for my 3 bedrooms, 2600 sqft feet house! Efficient, on time and very polite. They wrapped up all the furniture and moved them so quickly I could“t believe it! They were very conscientious of the walls and careful with the delicate pieces. They offered to assemble my beds but I just did it myself. It was also great that they provided 8 wardrobe boxes so they took the heavier coats and suits. Since it was a local move, I moved the rest of the clothes.
I recommended your company to a few friends already that are planning on moving and Yaya from the office told me about a discount if I paid cash which I did :)

I used Standard Price to move my 3 bedroom house. They arrived on time and immediately start working. Juan and his crew were great and the lady at the office Yaya was very helpful. I will definitely use them for my next move.

Actually, they were just okay. They didn’t sufficiently wrap our furniture, so we did see several dings and scratches. Our move took a little over 5 hours, although it was from a 1 bedroom apartment to another, we had packed everything in advance, and we didn’t have that much stuff, which meant a lot more $$ than what we expected to pay. They did mention that after 5 hours, they did not have to take on another job. I had used another moving company for my prior move, and they were able to get it done in 3 hours.
I gave them a 5 star review before because they did offer a discount in exchange for such a review during check out. But that was before we unpacked and looked at our furniture.
I do have to admit that they did work hard, and I am grateful for anyone who does physical labor, as the move was not something I could have done on my own.

These guys were awesome! William, Jose, and Alvavo were all super helpful. They showed up early and were prepared with all sorts of equipment and padding to make sure our belongings were moved safely. We were able to finish a 3 bedroom move in under 4 hours!
Can’t say enough good things about these guys! If you’re looking for professional movers that will get the job done quickly, you should definitely call them!
