I had a really great experience getting botox here. The Doctor was fast, nice and did a great job. Plus there was no wait and great prices. YAY!

I am sitting in his office right now and before I go out the door I owe this doctor an awesome review. Foremost he is knowledgeable at his practice beyond belief and as far as I’m concerned a true professional at what he does. I received 2 areas Botox and filler in my laugh lines and the results are incredible! He was so sweet bc he knew my fear of needles and since I was getting filler anyway — he kindly put the numbing cream on all the areas getting the needle. He is patient, kind, down to earth, calming, and most of all gets the job done giving you the results you want to see to shave years off your face! I wholeheartedly recommend him and give him my full vote! 5 stars from me.

Very helpful, friendly, and professional receptionists. Dr Varkony is quick and precise. I felt that I was in very capable hands. I have been twice now for Botox. The first time was from a Groupon. The second time was full rate. I’ll will be going back as needed.

I had EXTENSIVE surgery by Dr. Varkony. Basically a «mommy makeover». While I believe he did an ok job with my breast augmentation I have had SEVERAL problems with the other procedures (tummy tuck & neck lift) since the surgeries. Although I have gone back to him on four different occasions to show him and ask about how he might repair what now looks WORSE then when I started, I am constantly told HE BELIEVES his work is exceptional (lack of ego is certainly NOT a Dilemma for him, before surgery I looked at it as confidence from a good surgeon, I no longer view it as such) and suggests «new surgeries» as a solution. He originally stated that he stands by the surgery he performs. Sadly that has NOT been my experience. My advise is DO YOUR RESEARCH and LISTEN to your intuition. I did not and after spending 23 thousand dollars I’m now looking to pay at least that to fix what was not done correctly the first time ;-(
Dr. Varkony asked that I leave feedback here. Had he not perhaps I would have kept my EXTREME disappointment to myself :-(
PS I see most of his feedback here is for Botox. I suggest if you are considering doing ANYTHING more invasive you don’t trust just my review but SEEK OUT others. when I looked him up there was VERY little and instead of trusting my intuition and pausing I quickly proceeded out of excitement to have the procedures done. I’m paying a TREMENDOUSLY high «cost» for that impatience now…

a friend of mine got her breast augmentation by Dr. V and she looks great. So I decided to call His office to set up a consultation (thinking i would have to schedule a consult in maybe a week or so) and Margie told me I could come in the same day! I was ecstatic. she was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. you would think we were girlfriends lol.
but anyway 15 minutes later I go in for my consult and was greeted by the staff at the front desk, they were all pretty nice. I filled out my paper work and the doctor saw me as soon as I was finished (btw if you’re into cookies and coffee they have some in the lounge area) lol
dr v was very informative and professional… he showed me some photos of his work… and I already had my mind made up on what I wanted with my breast augmentation and he suggested a few minor changes for what would be better for me. I trust him! he also gave me his business card and told me to call him if I have anymore questions… I haven’t gotten my breast augmentation yet, but when I do. I will definitely update this review! thank you Dr. Varkony and Margie!

I’m new in town and have no trusted referrals so I decided to shop for my new Botox/​filler doctor via groupon. Not all my experiences have been positive. One flat-​out disastrous. Until I stumbled upon Dr Varkony. He’s not only an über skilled doctor, he’s also obviously passionate about helping people look and feel their best. He was more generous with his time and knowledge than any one else I’ve visited. But the brilliance didn’t stop there. His staff is delightfully helpful and accommodating. The front office comfortable and welcoming. My only warning is that GPS may take you a block further so read the building numbers. But otherwise I will be highly recommending Dr Valkony to anyone and everyone who asks. I’ve found my new LA Botox/​filler/​plastic surgery doctor.

My mother (58yo) and I (36yo) came in for some botox and a) were incredibly impressed with the office and service b) were absolutely blown away by professionalism and expertise of Dr. Varkony. After our consolation with the doctor we both had agreed on not only botox injections, but also some restylane for cheek contouring and fullness of lips. It’s a day after — there is absolutely no bruising! My cheeks look so beautifully defined and the lips are so full and plump but still look absolutely natural. And did I mention, this is the first time in 4 years that I have been doing botox and filler injections — I DID NOT feel ANY pain! Dr. Varkony’s hands are magic!

I bought a groupon to use here over holidays for Botox, only to realize they are closed from nov. 30-​jan 4!!! Why sell during this time if it can’t be used. I can imagine all the people calling that need to use before they expire!!! All I can say is they better get me in or honor until they can as I already heard it can take weeks and mine expires near end of January. Poor practice, it should say on the groupon you are not going to be open for more than a month, people could have bought elsewhere for holidays.
I have to come back and say that after holidays they honored the groupon, even though they could not see me until after he expiration, and I appreciate that. I don’t know how good my Botox will turn out yet because it take a little while to see a result, and I just got 20 units and I could have probably used more, but as for the office and the doctor, they are nice and informative, sweet and helpful. It is clean, comfortable and offers coffee and snacks. Didn’t mention come in for follow up in a week if needed or anything like that, as I am used to with other places, but they were getting us Botox groupon users in and out today and were pretty bombarded with us LA ladies needed our wrinkles smoothed. Lol.

Botox was something I was never going to do, and especially not fillers. I wanted to age gracefully with the help of the serums and facials that I have spent thousands of dollars on in the past several years. That all changed when I purchased the groupon for Botox and spent some time with Dr, Varkony. I was hoping the Botox would take care of the many deep wrinkles on my face especially the two enormous crevices between my eyebrows, but it was clear the only fillers would do the trick. And that is what I did. I was comfortable with Dr. Varkony and I ended up purchasing 2 syringes of filler in addition to the Botox, today I look like I did 10 years ago. This is real. The transformation with the fillers takes place instantly. It looks so natural, no one can figure out what is different, the compliments are never ending. My lips are amazing!
Stop with the serums and go see Dr. Varkony and get young. Office and staff are beautiful and professional

Dr. Varkony is awesome! I bought the Groupon for Botox and went to his Sherman Oaks location. Everybody in the office was very nice and there was ample street parking. Dr. Varkony was very thorough and was very understanding when I had to bring my two-​year-​old daughter with me and when she threw a fit and I had to hold her on my lap. He’s very knowledgeable and does many kinds of plastic surgery. If I ever go in for the «mommy makeover» I’m definitely going to go back there. Oh, and I buried the lead, the Botox that he did on my angry 11’s looks awesome! I saw results within two days :)

It’s like a Jiffy Lube visit. This is the «puppy mill» for office cosmetic procedures. I’ve gotten Botox/​fillers for 8 years and used only 1 or two offices. I no longer wanted to make the drive to Santa Monica so thought I’d try this place… I won’t be going back.
The doctor is arrogant, condescending, smug and indifferent. No numbing crème is offered he just starts poking away. It is clear this is all about the upsell… hoping you will come to get plastic surgery. He also came in with the needles — no mixing of the Botox in front of me… why?
He barely looks at your face, doesn’t tell you what he’s doing, doesn’t ask what you’re trying to achieve, no questions or comments about your face. the lines.what he recommends. He acts like he’s in a hurry and he’s doing you a favor by being there. He did smile when he asked if I’d post a positive review and asked me to Unilocal… Yuck.
I won’t be going back and will be telling everyone I know to stay far, far away.

Dr. Varkony took time to talk to me before and after administrating my Botox. I had no pain whatsoever even without numbing cream. The office is extremely clean and his front desk staff are polite and professional.

Dr. Varkony was wonderful. His bedside manner was lovely and these were the least uncomfortable Botox injections I’ve ever had. I was a Groupon customer and treated with the same respect and hospitality as the regular patients that were there at the same time. I would definitely return to Dr. Varkony.

I was not satisfied at all with my Botox treatment, even though the facility was nice. First of all he charged me an extra $ 100 on top of what I paid for the Groupon because he told me I needed additional units for the treatment to work. After the treatment, I had a little numbness for a few weeks, but other than that there was absolutely no effect. I am not sure what he injected, but I doubt it was Botox. As far as I am concerned it was a total and complete waste of time and money. On top of that he asked me to write him a good review on Unilocal

Dr. Varkony is a brilliant doctor (Yes, he pronounced my Singaporean name «perfectly»).
From the moment I arrive, the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The waiting area is nicely layout and complement with choice of gourmet cookies and coffee.
During our consultation, Dr. Varkony answered all my concerns and questions leading to the procedure and post procedure.
Today’s visit to Dr. Varkony’s office was a very positive experience and I look forward to the new possibilities in the near future.

Walking into the center, your greeted with a clean, streamline, modern waiting area. I was welcomed immediately and given prompt service. Once inside, Dr. VARKONY provided me with a plethora of information and took a great deal of time to get to know me and my specific needs. He was friendly, good natured, very well informed, and generally made my experience more than pleasant. It wasn’t a quick wham bam meeting, he took his time and made sure I was comfortable throughout his service. I recommend coming to see him for your surgical needs. I’ll come back for sure!

So I really waited to post this review because I wanted to be 100% accurate. I went in about 1 month ago. Had my Botox. I have a few concerns.
1.He did not mix the Botox and saline in front of me. That is a standard practice.
2.The way he injected is not the standard ways to inject and leaves the patient sore and swollen.
3.He charges by the area instead of by he unit. The unit measurement is standard.
4.The amount of Botox injected is not what should be injected and he is Injecting that way to save money.
5. He asked me for a 5 star review. I’m sorry but that’s not something u ask for that’s something u earn
So my overall opinion is not good. I have already gone to another dr to get the proper injection and amount. Usually my Botox injections last 4 – 6 months as it should if it’s done properly with the correct amount of units. with this doctor my forehead went back to moving around within a month so I suspect he used dysport or another version which is cheaper but it also does not work as well on some people. I happen to be one of those people. I previously had it and it only lasted 4 – 6 weeks instead of months like Botox does. I wanted to wait to write this because I wanted to be sure because I don’t want to ruin someone’s reputation based on a fast written pissed off review. I wanted it to be based on facts! Don’t go to him. It’s a waste of money.

I had a groupon for botox and although it had expired, it was honored, no problem at all. They get very busy ahead of time, so plan ahead to make your appointment even a month out.
I arrived a bit early but didn’t mind waiting in the comfortable lounge area. They had amazing chocolate chip cookies, water and reading material. The receptionists were pretty busy but friendly as well. I enjoyed meeting Dr Varkony, he’s cuter in person and very charming. He offered a great deal to get other areas done with botox, I just couldn’t afford it at the time. Dr V has an easy hand when injecting botox, I never bruised and I could notice a difference even after one day. The grand difference was a week after my visit, which is normal. I definitely recommend Dr Varkony and I hope to see him again in the future!

Dr Varkony did a wonderful job on my fiancée’s breasts. He knows what he’s doing. He spent a lot of time explaining the procedure to us until we were both comfortable with what he was going to do. She was nervous at first but was totally relaxed by the surgery day. Afterwards, the doctor followed up with phone calls and checkups. It took only a week to heal, and she said she was feeling no pain. After a couple of days she was able to go out and do pretty much everything she was doing before. My fiancée and I are very happy with the results. She’s much more confident now, and looks AMAZING.
