We had a great experience shopping options and with installation. Andy was the installer and he couldn’t have been more professional. He was on time, did a neat installation and cleaned up all the dust and mess. With Sun Aire Systems, we’ve turned a dark area of our home into a bright cheerful space.

I used Sun Aire for installation of a total of six tubes in two duplex units. Andy was so professional, timely and clean with his work. Additionally, the tubes are so bright that our actual lights don’t need to be turned on during the day. This was the best purchase for us and we are so pleased with their work.

Our kitchen is in the middle of the house, and was always so dark. Everyone at Sun Aire took good care of us from beginning to end. They were very attentive to making sure the 4 units were in the best place with a good eye for design. They were genuinely honest and caring about making sure my home looked beautiful! And it does! Plus, the installer was so clean, patient and nice. We couldn’t be happier and we have enjoyed our natural kitchen light SO much, even at night it’s lit up by the moon. Friends and family constantly comment, so I’ve been sending them to Sun Aire! :)

I have used this company twice. I will never use them again. The owner of the company is extremely rude and impatient. Treating customers in a condescending fashion is not how I prefer to be treated. Upon calling to research putting in another tube, the owner blatantly said, «I don’t have time to spend 30 minutes on the phone with you», when i looked at my phone it had been 11 minutes. She was not at any time paying attention to what I wanted to have done and she blatantly didn’t care. I’m happy to take my money elsewhere.

A great experience from start to finish. They were courteous on the phone and answered all my questions. Andy did the installation (two Solatubes) and was totally professional: called to give me a heads-​up on arrival time, arrived on-​time, and did the work as advertised. No attempt to upsell, no pressure tactics. Did the work quickly, left the place clean. Outstanding.

Had a great experience with this company. I got a SolarTube in my bathroom and kitchen, and an attic fan. Sami gave me a very fair quote and made it easy to schedule (and reschedule) my appt. Andy, the installer, was kind, explained everything well and was very fast. He did a great job and the products look great! Thank you.

I called after seeing an advertisement in the mail and was quoted a price. There was no attempt to upsell, and the person I spoke with was very friendly. When I decided to call back and schedule an appointment they had a day available within a week, and also offered to call me if they had something open up sooner, which they did.
I cannot say enough about the guys who came out and did the installation, especially Andy. He called the night before to confirm the appointment and then called in the morning as he was leaving the job he did previous to mine.
They installed a solatube in my bathroom, and before starting covered everything with a tarp to avoid getting the insulation and plaster dust from the attic all over my bathroom. After they were done they also swept everything. They also pointed out some damage on my roof that was from a slopping tree trimmer in the past and they put some silicone on it to help prevent future leaks. Above and beyond the call of duty. Super nice people and they did a great job.

Let me just start off by saying that the installers did a great job. They were very professional, and they did an awesome clean job. The management at this place is a whole different story. A sales person at this place offered me a great promotional deal, and gave me a reasonable quote so I decided to go with them. When the installers finished though they handed me the bill, and it was full price. I figured it was a misunderstanding, but I wasn’t worried because I had a signed quote from the sales person that I talked to. The installers called their office and couldn’t figure out what the issue was so they told me to just go into the office to pay. Again, I didn’t mind. I went to the office to pay. The lady there was extremely rude, and was completely ignoring me. When I tried to get her attention she told me that if I didn’t like the service I should just leave. When I finally got her attention I told her what was going on, and she started yelling at me. She insulted me multiple times, continued yelling at me, threatened to take me to court, and proceeded to curse at me. She told me that I could either pay the full price, regardless of the fact that I had a signed quote from her sales rep, or she would take me to court. This was by far one of the worst experiences iv had, anywhere really. Take your business elsewhere!

Everyone at Sun Aire Systems is friendly and professional. I scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning. The installers were prompt, very helpful, and did an excellent job. My house was dark and dreary. After adding two 14″ and one 10″ Sola Tube my house is now bright and airy. I could not be happier!

Maria and Sami are very friendly and knowledgeable. The showroom is convenient to drive to and a clean and professional atmosphere. The installer was on-​time, well mannered and very easy to talk to and ask questions. We have four 10 inch solatubes in our house and can’t wait to get more. Highly recommend this company and product over traditional skylights!
