As a first-​time home buyer, I needed all the assistance I could get in order to help me navigate the mountains of paperwork involved. His efficient 1 to 2hr instructional crash course about California real estate earned my trust off the bat, and I definitely appreciated his go-​getter personality. He has a streamlined way of doing things, so go with the flow and you won’t be dissappointed.
Michael laid out the game plan in a very efficient manner, and explained each step in detail or we forged ahead towards the closing date. He is a very thorough agent, and a good person to have on your side.

Michael was my realtor when I bought my first condo in 2012. He was also my realtor when I just purchased my first house. He has a great method to how he operates by making sure the clients understand the process before they even get into it. I felt very comfortable the very first time because he made sure I was educated and knew what to expect. When it came time to sell that condo, Michael helped me sell it in record time (1 day!) for more than the price I wanted. He also helped me purchase a house that already had four offers on it before we even saw it. Michael knew what he was doing and he got my the house I wanted (we beat the other offers)! If anything came up throughout the process (whether it be a question regarding escrow, the loan, insurance, etc.) he was able to help clarify some things and help me get some questions answered (and keep me calm). I would recommend him to anyone who thinks they already know what they’re doing or a first-​timer who’s nervous about the process.

We were referred to Michael by our neighbor, who use to live in our apartment complex. She just finished buying her first house with Michael as her agent. Since we were also first time home-​buyers she strongly recommended we meet with him because of his educational approach to buying a home. This involved two very informative one-​on-​one sessions about his method to buy a house. This process made it very easy to proceed quickly when looking and comparing homes. His decisive method helped up get our home before any other buyers could even make an offer. He is very intelligent when it comes to putting an offer in, so your offer has the best chance of being accepted. In our case we made sure that the buyer had to decide on our offer before an open house would start on a Sunday.
Michael is also very responsive, especially to phone calls, and will get back to you promptly. Since time is very important when buying a house it was great to have someone who would call you after hours to go over something. He also always takes the time to go over any questions you have, or re-​explaining something.
One other great thing is that he works with a limited number of buyers at a time, so there is a lot of focus on you and your house search.
He knows the LA area extensively, and has good connections in all areas related to real-​estate. He has a guy for everything!
Overall, we had an amazing experience buying our first home. We have a great first house as result of working with Michael. We even closed a week early. It truly was way easier than I had expected, and I give Michael all of the credit for that.
You will be very happy you have Michael as your agent as a buyer or seller, and that he is on your team.

I started our first time home buying experience with a different realtor. That was a huge mistake. Once I found Michael, I felt so relieved. This guy REALLY knows what he is talking about. I’m giving Michael a 5 star rating only because Unilocal won’t let me give him 6. I’ve been working with Michael for several years now since we left LA and moved to Chicago in 2009. We kept our property in LA and during that time, Michael has been incredibly proactive in providing us detail on the LA market and expert advice on the right and wrong time to sell. His knowledge of the real estate market, integrity and patience is second to none in the industry.
On Michael’s advice, we put our townhouse on the market in mid-​October. Within a week we had three offers well within our acceptable price range and a closed deal 10 days later. I was amazed at how smoothly the transaction progressed and the ease to which it was closed as we were 2,000 miles away.
