The Vapor Spot- Vapor Bar and Vape Shop

From the moment I walk in to the time I leave, I always feel like a valued customer. There’s a level of professionalism here that demands recognition, so here I am. Your atmosphere and ambiance is above all others. Your customer service is knowledgeable and attentive. I like how lively and fresh the workspace is every time I come in.
Other vape spots seem to be dingy, dark and the staff are typically pseudo intellectual hipster goobers. Every time I come here the employees are always upbeat and seem to care about their appearance.
This is why Unilocal is so valuable. Thank you for providing us with one spot to count on for quality!

I am sorry to write this as I very much Like the crew at this shop. I just don’t think this company is rig for bigger (and not just in weight) customers. I am of the opinion they don’t take things seriously.
I order 120 ml bottles of an E juice and have to follow up constantly to ensure that it is there. They blame there manufactures on the problem which I am sure it is legit but a problem non the less. I see the responses from the company on other reviews and they will justify this in some way or maybe they wont even bother but it is a shame.

Between new atomizers (coils) and juice, I spend roughly $ 50 per week. I had gone in 2 weeks ago for a new coil; it burned out within 3 days. I went back and complained but unfortunately they made me purchase another; so I did. Now, this new coil burned out within 5 days and leaks CONSTANTLY. (coils should typically last 8 – 10 days). Now I’m getting frustrated. I went back in and spoke to TAD. His words «I’m so sorry, but when products get mass produced in China, sometimes there are defective batches. Unfortunately I can’t switch out the coil for you for free, you’re going to have to purchase yet another one». Ok cool, thanks for admitting that you sell defective items and then refuse to replace them. Also, I told TAD that I won’t be returning to the store anymore because of the poor customer service in this situation. His response was «ok that’s fine. no problem».
They have great juices here and are very patient with you when it comes to trying many different flavors. But definitely not worth going to when customer service is lacking in the other departments.

So far the BEST vape shop ever, great costumer service, friendly and fun staff, and the best credit goes to BRANDON, he is awesome, patience and helpful, so far I’ve tried other vape shops since I live far away from this place but no where else has their costumer service, every single time that I walked in they help me as much as they could, they let me Try as many flavors as I want unlike other places, also they know their flavors, when you tel them what you are looking for they offer you the right product and flavor, they put the effort to make you happy. So happy to be their costumer.

Are you kidding me? Sure enough, the Vapor Spot has official papers to prove it.
There was this one time, I got into a pinch. I was in Los Angeles, needed a new setup because I dropped the old gear & was miles away from the vape store in Long Beach I would go to. I Unilocaled a place and the Sunset location came up closest. It was a nice experience.
Months & months later, I found myself living in The Valley. Wanting to establish a connection with a vapor bar close by, I again did a Unilocal search & the Vapor Spot came up closest. I had no idea, until I walked into the place, the two businesses were connected. They both have a similar vibe and both carried the same liquids. When I asked if there were more than these two Vapor Spot shops, they told me «no.»
I found this odd. It was meant to be that I go there, I guess? The Vapor Spot is hip. You’re going to feel welcomed with bright colors, a friendly staff, cool flavors! The juices are named after musicians — so like, a Curtis Mayfield, a bottle of Eric Clapton or a thing of Bob Dylan. Most of all, what I like about the liquids they sell, is that these juices don’t gunk up your cotton.
Both stores play the same type of music over their speakers. There’s such a good feeling @ the Vapor Spot — especially The Valley location! It’s a busy street for cars, however, a few parking meters seem to always be available directly in front. That’ll only run you 25¢/15min — a few coins.
I really dig the orange colors & smell of the place.

The minute you walk in you feel welcomed. As a regular here it feels nice when my preferences are remembered. Great juice selection. Great customer service, helpful advice and the fact that they know what they are talking about makes me wanting to come back here for all my supplies and the company. I love the guys here they are all awesome!

Chris is AWESOME! Zero dry-​jumping here. These guys are very relaxed, let YOU choose the best Solutions for you regarding your budget, needs, and expectations. I cannot recommend this shop more, as I’ve been to a few and they we’re less than kinda.
This place is also REALLY CLEAN. That’s a first for Vap shops!
Prices are accurate and fair, and they are an authorized dealer for all the equipment they sell.

This is for sure, the best vape shop in the Valley. I live in Northridge, and I always have no trouble driving to this location in Sherman Oaks. They have the chillest environment, and friendliest staff. They have the most up-​to-​date vaping equipment, and a huge variety of juices to go along with that. They are always willing to let you try out as many as you want to try, and won’t stop helping until you find the right one. My personal favorite is the Tsunami (Frozen Watermelon), which consists of a menthol watermelon taste. Really soothes the throat and gets you that rush you need. Their couches are really comfortable and you can make yourself at home and just vape for a bit and listen to their really good music selection. They also have rewards points that add up to 5 stars, allowing you to get a 10% discount on your purchases. My favorite vape shop for sure. Great job!

I have been going to the vapor spot for 3 years now. The staff is extremely nice and always ready and eager to assist everyone. I’ve established a relationship with Lewis over the years. Lewis is ALWAYS nice and greets me with a huge smile. In addition the music I must say I LOVE !!! I live in woodland hills, ca but I always manage to make my way to the Sherman oaks location on Van nuys blvd to see

I love this place! I’ve been trying the new E cig thing lately and have to say, this is one of my favorite go to spots for juices. The place is set up in a way that makes it feel cozy but is very spacious and trendy. The staff is absolutely wonderful!
Everyone is always friendly and help with things that they don’t need to go out of their way to help with. For example, my battery died on my ecig ND they didn’t have a new one in Stock. They let me borrow a battery until the new stock came in. Who does that? Apparently them. Luis and Ahmed were the ones that helped me today and they completely delivered on amazing service
If your an ecig smoker, great place to hang and smoke or try some new flavors!

The vapor spot is the most relabel vapor store I have been to yet. I found this place with my brother when his old vapor broke, we got the ego1 which they recommended. It’s a beautiful stylish vapor with long lasting battery and a nice size tank. They also have a variety of flavor that you can try. Super friendly guys that will help you find the perfect vapor and flavor for you. Also pretty standard pricing, not crazy expensive and a has a nice classy feel to it in here. I have brought my mom and my dad and they each got the Ego1 vapor and love it!

Brennan and Ahmed were very friendly and helped me out with my new parallel drip wrap! These guys know what they are doing and the house flavors rock. I love Vanilla Cream (Clapton) and Tobacco (Cash) flavors.
