With a combined experience of over 40 years, Rafael Dumas (executive chef, operations), Edward Brik (executive chef) and Igor Fedenkov (sommelier, marketing/​client relations), created «You & Me Catering: Your Culinary Curators» not to re-​invent the wheel and do something crazy to differentiate themselves from the companies alike, but to fine-​tune the approach to the event production, to ensure the consistency of food preparation, to give it’s clientele access to a vast variety of cuisines, and yet still be open to creating unique menus to the customer’s specifications. We are not here to do something entirely new or different, we are here to do something better, with superior quality and service!
