Why am I waiting so long in drive thru??? Employee turned off speaker and made a whole line of cars wait. What the heck???

5÷18÷15 at 4:00pm Monday, a nice day to go to Braums. Took the wife out for some good old fashioned burgers. I was wrong we got our food within 60 seconds. A bad sign. Went to sit down in an almost empty dining room but all the tables were dirty with debris from the previous customer. We cleared off a table and started to eat our burgers. The patties were super hot, yet dry and overcooked. Almost like they were microwaved. The taste of the patties was very Gamey. We never saw a manager but we did tell the staff who had plenty of time to talk to each other that their dining room was filthy. I’ll never go there again. Hope I dot get sick later from the burgers.

Had for dinner this evening with my daughter. Great chicken fried steak meal! It was hot and tasty on a cold day. My daughter had the crispy chicken sandwich meal and loved it as well. Only concern was more focus on cleanliness of dining area.

I won’t be going back anymore except for ice cream. For at least the last 7 times the food has been cold. Doesn’t matter if you eat in or drive through. Hamburgers today, stone cold, French fries stone cold(we ate in). Service is fine but they have a new system where your orders come out separately on a different numbered ticket. One order was up before I even finished paying! How can that be? Which surely means the food was already cooked and sitting! Oh… don’t let me forget about the ice tea, it was awful. Everything tasted like crap!

Braum’s in Sherman is normally a great place to grab lunch or a sweet treat, but they’re always having problems with their frozen yogurt machine… which they won’t tell you about until AFTER they’ve taken your money. They also need to retrain the employees on proper customer service. It always seems like a burden to the employee to take my order. If you’re in the Sherman/Denison area, take the five extra minutes to drive over to the Denison location.
