This is the place to go when you’re in need of craft supplies, whether that’s knitting, arranging flowers, painting, beading or even cake decorating. The selection is large and the building, spacious.
Unfortunately, they only get three stars from me for the following reasons: One, their hours are not long enough. An 8p closing time is a little early for most people. Two, when the store is extremely busy (which is almost all of the time), only one or two checkout lines are open. It’s just unacceptable (I’ve never seen more than four lines open… ever). And three, the employees need a few more lessons in customer service. I don’t appreciate being treated rudely when I’m paying for a product.
However, I don’t see myself visiting another place until another craft store opens here in Sherman (HELLO, Michael’s… are you listening?!?).
