I am Broker/​Owner of Jenel McGrath, REALTORS® in Sherman, Tx. I specialize in all residential property lstgs/​sales and foreclosures. Originally licensed in Virginia, in 1980, I moved to Texas in 1983. I received my Texas R.E. license in Oct 1983. I «finally» opened my own office in Nov 2000.

I have earned designations for Accredited Buyer Agent (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate, REALTOR’S Institute (GRI). I also recently earned the SFR Certification (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource). I am delighted to report I have earned membership in Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB), as of Sept.2010! This certification is the epitome of the Real Estate Industry. Less than 3% of REALTORS®, across the country have earned this certification!
