Ramey Chevrolet Cadillac

I received the worst customer service today from Ramey Chevrolet. They were rude and things were not fixed on my automobile. I have never in my life been treated as rudely and disrespectfully as I was today. I had to take my vehicle to another mechanic to be fixed. I would not recommend Ramey Chevrolet to my worst enemy. I have to do the star rating I can’t leave them blank so just so you know I have to give 1 would give them a 0 if I could!

Just bought a 2006 Corvette from them. Overall the buying experience was good. Didn’t feel pressured at all, and everyone was friendly. Didn’t give me as much as some other dealerships said they could get me for my trade-​in, but those were not finalized offers from the other dealerships either.
The Corvette I bought has been highly modified for performance, they haven’t yet put it on their website yet because it had just come in. With a modified car you never know what your going to get into. I don’t necessarily blame the dealership as they probably didn’t even inspect a car this highly modified, but since I bought it as is with no warranty offered the problems I had the first day after buying it are on me.
Took a road trip the evening after buying it. On the way home the car went into reduced engine power, check engine light is on and I had to limp the car home at 40mph. Next day the light was off and everything was fine. Drove it around to see if the light would come back on so I could pull the codes. Stopped somewhere, car was difficult to get out of park, and now will only go in drive and neutral, I can get it in reverse if I really force it.
Again not necessarily the dealerships fault, rated them 4 stars on the buying experience. Little disappointed I might have to put $ 1000 into it for a new shifter before I can even drive the thing and then figured out why the car is throwing out reduced engine power. But that’s what you get when you buy a used car and a highly modified car at that. I asked the dealership if they could somehow get me in contact with the previous owner, I am hoping they can do that so I can figure out what all this car has and these problems I am having with it.

I purchased my car here last year and had a great experience. Rocky handled the sale and has been wonderful with follow up since the purchase. Don handled my financing and I was impressed when he was able to find a better interest rate than the one I had shopped around for ahead of time. Darrel was very friendly as well. Overall it was a positive experience and my used car is still running great a year later. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

The dealer, Darrel Ramey, is a very friendly guy and immediately made me feel at ease with this family owned business. Darrel even referred a great body shop to get my trade in repaired and gave me an unbeatable deal that the competitors couldn’t match. Furthermore, my vehicle had to be transfered from a dealer in Oklahoma and I expected it to take a week or more. Ramey Chevy got it to me by the next day! I have purchased many vehicles and overall Ramey is the best dealership I have ever dealt with! I give them 5 stars for outstanding customer service and the overall car buying experience!
