*Supplemental 3÷22÷16: I always hate having to edit a review In a negative fashion, but… Since my first review, I have been back to this location two, maybe three, times. All of those previous times were, in general, wonderful experiences. Unfortunately, this time was a glaring exception. I arrived at their store approximately 25 minutes before they closed, and I knew this going in. I quickly browsed through their dresses and skirts, skim through some pants, and selected a shirt. One of the associates, an older lady that seemed slightly Kurt but I was professional in the past asked me if I would like the fitting room… I said yes and handed her the shirt I had picked out. She informed me that they would be closing shortly and I responded that I knew they would be closing in the next 15 minutes or so, and I would be quick with my selection. Within one or two maybe three minutes after that short conversation, I picked up two additional tops and was perfectly happy with purchasing these items without trying any of them on if I hadn’t completed my browsing in a timely manner. In less than five minutes after she had taken the first item, she returned asked if I would like to add the two shirts to my dressing room and I said, «yes please.» She then proceeded to make it very clear that they were closing in 10 minutes and basically stated that if I wanted to try the items on I needed to cease what I was doing(browsing through their clothing), and quickly try on what I had selected, and indicated that I was out of time to look around. Perhaps it was the manner in which she addressed me more than the actual comments she made, immediately About 10 minutes later I was pleasantly surprised with this store. As soon as I walked in, I was very greeted by an employee that welcomed me and started me a fitting room(I had already found a couple things on the two racks displayed outside the store). Her sincerity really struck me right off the bat, and her professional, friendly style was repeated with other customers throughout my visit. The selection of clothing is not bad at all — what you might expect from a consignment store. An interesting note: they appear to offer special tailoring and formal/wedding services as well. Their tagging system is a bit confusing, with colors, dates, and lines indicating an incremental price decreases, mostly determined by dates(but not always). I wasn’t sure what was discounted and what wasn’t on some of my items. The prices were somewhat higher than I expected. That said, I realize that a consignment store is not a thrift store, and I knew their higher-end items would reflect that difference. I left with shoes, a purse, and a couple shirts for around $ 100.00, which was less than I was expecting for what I had picked out. New, the items would have easily cost over 500.00, so I am happy with my purchases. I think this is my new favorite Sherman/Denison clothing store to date. *FYI: Today(8−18−15) is the day they started putting out new fall items, for anyone nearby. Definitely worth a visit!

Just rented a tux here and could not be more pleased. Friendly staff, concerned you look 100% when you walk out the door. And my wife found two pairs of boots at their shop next door. I recommend Treasure Trunk without hesitation.
