My auto club contacted Auto Haus when I needed a tow to a service center. We waited maybe 15 minutes or so. Scott called me to let me know he was almost there. It was raining of course. He had my car hooked up super quickly. We rode with him to the shop. Great guy & great service. Thx!

My insurance company contacted this tow company. I also received a confirmation they were on their way. After waiting for two hours … Called to see where my tow truck was. dispatcher said they did not receive a call and would not service my area. Horrendous service! As you can imagine I’m pretty upset and stranded on the side and I-​5.

They Towed me during the snow/​ice storm this year when I couldn’t find anyone else that could do it. They were fast and professional. Their dispatcher was very nice and I spoke to more than a few other overworked tow truck dispatchers that weekend. My rear axle was broken, I wasn’t sure if I could get a traditional tow, I was worried I would need a flat bed, but they did great.

AMAZING! We had a company truck in a pickle that was stressful and Auto Haus came to the rescue fast!!! Their guys were so nice and made jokes so the situation didn’t seem to bad. Even though it was. Their number is going on my emergency list.
