Looper W C Roofing

The only reason I’m giving him a 1 is a 0 is not an option. I had a roof leak and Mr. Looper came to give me an estimate. He wouldn’t give me a price, and that should have been my first clue, however more rain was coming and I needed it fixed. I gave him $ 300 and he didn’t come back for a week. When he did come back, he sent 2 men on the roof and he preached to me about his great church. Twenty minutes later, the guys came down and he charged me another $ 260. He never went on the roof to check the work. Four months later, it absolutely rained in my house in the exact same spot. It was so bad that water was an inch deep on my hardwood floors. I called him. He came out and said a raccoon had dug a hole in the exact same spot he supposedly fixed. Nowhere else on my roof… just that spot. Now I lhave been told that was a complete lie. He said he would come back or his son would. I asked him to at least try to stop the water temporarily. He stuck 2 shingles up there and I never saw or heard from him again. That was 3 months ago. I called 2 other roofers who couldn’t believe how badly it had been repaired. I had to pay for the repair to be done again, obviously by another company. Looper’s men put a piece of paneling on my chimney, VERTICALLY. Besides looking terrible, it has nails that have deteriorated the mortar. All of that has to be repaired also! I sent him a certified letter, and this good, honest Christian man (joke) never contacted me after that either. He is a con man and a cheat as far as I am concerned. $ 560 literally washed away. Please, please use someone else!!!
