Zephyr Equine Veterinary Services provides mobile vet services for the whole horse, at your home or barn. We offer primarily acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine to maximize the health of your whole horse. On occasion, you will see us out serving emergencies as well. Meet the Business Owner

Cecile C.

Business Owner

Dr Cecile Coulon has a long love story with horses, starting in the 1970’s with her first exhilerating pony ride in Brazil. Since that ride, she has explored jumping, eventing, and reining — with mixed results! Cecile has lived (and ridden) in Brazil, France, and the East Coast before heading West for undergrad at Stanford. She fell in love with the West Coast and knew she was home. Cecile earned her DVM (Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine) from UC Davis, and her CVA (Certificate in Veterinary Acupuncture) from the Chi Institute of Florida. In 2011, she started her first practice and served the horses of the San Francisco East Bay for three years before relocating to Northern Oregon in 2014.
