I contacted GC for a suspension setup through Facebook. They put me in touch with Donovan, one of the sales reps. He helped me in choosing a spring rate, custom powder coating and anodizing.
All of my e-mails were replied promptly. We must have sent over 6 emails back and forth. Placed the order hope to see them soon.
This is not the only set of coilovers from GC I have. First one was purchased 2^nd hand and needed a part. They were very open to supplying me the part as long as I had proof of ownership of their coilovers. Submitted photo and ordered replacement part no problem.

In 2012 I bought a coilover suspension from them for my E46 BMW 3-series. Their products and customer service are awesome. Is their suspension better than other performance-oriented BMW coilover kits (most of which cost a lot more)? Can’t say since I haven’t tried the others, but I’m very happy with my Ground Control kit.
They also make suspension kits for popular Honda Civic, Ford Mustang, Porsche, and Subaru platforms (including the new Subaru BRZ/Scion FRS).

A couple years ago I ordered their E36 M3 rear shock mount;
it’s a quality piece, well thought out, beautifully machined.
And recently I had this juddering bounce problem from the right rear corner. After a week, I grew tiresome and on the weekend lifted the rear corner and lo and behold, the shock nut came loose the crummy bmw shock piston had descended.
One call to Ground Control, to inquire about spare parts. I asked about spare rubbers. A knowledgeable expert sympathized with me and sent me a fresh one.
NICE.
Better customer service than Bank of America.
