Highly recommend this place! Scott is fabulous, very knowledgable about types of doors, and which would be best for our house. Their prices are very fair, and everything was ready when promised. Our contractor said this was the only store he deals with now after so many positive experiences with his customers! Thanks Scott!

I found this business on Google. The thumb latch on my front door set had broken (Emtek). Scott was able to quickly identify the product line that I had brought in, and called Emtek directly (and waited on hold for several minutes for me) to confirm that I could just order the outer portion of the set and did not to have to purchase a whole new one. They ordered the part and had it in a week as promised. In all my conversations with them, including a couple of quick phone calls, they were courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them on this basis.

Great experience! Had a difficult entry door replacement project. Did months of research with many different different companies. These guys were the best. They were always there to answer my questions and, to my surprise, had way better prices than Internet stores and large retailers. They have great relationships with installers which made the installation process so easy. I was really pleased with everything!

Our home in Shingle Springs is 20 + years. A friend, a licensed contractor, offered to help us with window replacement. I told him to give The Door Stop a call, as I have used them for years. He called today to tell me how impressed he was with their service over the phone and that prices were much better than what he had received from his contacts. We replaced all the windows in the house and we bought them all from the Door Stop. Grant, our salesman, measured all the windows efficiently. When everything arrived, the windows fit perfectly (I installed them myself). We compared the price to Lowe’s and Home Depot and we definitely got a better price and higher quality windows. Thanks!
