O’Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

I ordered carry out and my food was very delicious as usual. The prime rib pasta is the only dish I order from here.

Wish I could give 0 stars… I ordered carry out when I arrived it took 30 min or more for someone to assist me! Then when someone FINALLY came to me and brought me my food I called ahead I paid. The lady took my card to the back which made very uncomfortable as for there was a register right where i was standing! When she came back with the receipt I did not tip as for service was aweful and u don’t deserve it if u can’t provide good service why should I provide u with extra money?! When the person saw me write no tip she scoffed at me! Not the first time I have had aweful service here or any of your other restaurants! Don’t know if I will even return!!!

The only thing good I can say about this place is that the servers were friendly and the margarita was good… But even the margarita could have been better. as big as it was I would have had a buzz by the time it was gone, but not this time. To start off, we got twisted chips with queso, the bowl is small to begin with but then they don’t even fill it halfway with the queso. and they give you way more chips. What are we suppose to eat what those chips exactly? Next, for my meal I got a regular chicken Caesar salad. It’s suppose to be the biggest size. Well, it’s a huge bowl, but they barely put any salad in it. It was like eating a half order, if that. Just going to say that from now on, my business will going to the east end.

I’ve been to O’Charley’s numerous times. We were seated pretty quickly, this could be because it’s a Sunday night. The Arnold Palmer that I ordered was fantastic as was each refill lol. Our waitress (Amanda) was pretty cool and she kept the rolls coming and the drinks coming. However the food took FOREVER to come out. We waited for an Hour for our food to come out and it wasn’t even busy. Maybe they were short handed but DAMN! Food was pretty good, the steak didn’t have any flavor to it. I definitely didn’t pick this place and likely will not return any time soon.

I called in an order for curbside. The girl told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I go and park in the designated Curbside spot. I waited about 15 minutes to leave home and it’s about a five minute drive… So, I park and wait… and wait and wait about 15 minutes. I saw an employee look at me out the back door, so I knew they saw me waiting. I waited about five minutes longer and then go in. Mind you I wasn’t dressed to be going in there on a busy Saturday night. I looked a mess… hence the Curbside. I walked in and they asked my last name. A girl brought my food to me. I asked her if it was just finished cooking because they were so busy. She said, «No it’s been ready for about 20 minutes.» She said I didn’t specifically ask her to bring it outside. I said I ask for Curbside. She said that just means to go. I have to ask them to bring it outside. I was furious! The food was ice cold and there weren’t any sauces at all. No salad dressing, no honey mustard and no butter. She re-​heated my food and was still never very friendly or apologetic. I paid and even tipped and left… It ruined my evening as I work third shift and had to race home and barely had time to eat with my husband before I went to work.

I mean they’re O’Charley’s. They’ve been cool to me the few times I’ve gone, so I have no complaints. You get what you pay for, but the bartender (at this location) is pretty amazing and is quite talented with making margaritas.

Had the wild west burger, it was okay, roadhouse ‘s similar burger was better. Server was bad. No refill for water. Bread came out same time as food. Food took forever. Had to hunt her down for check.

Wow. Slow, slow, slow. Over 45 minutes to get the food. Drinks were left unfilled. The sauces requested early on we’re brought at the end of the meal. The floors were sticky-​as if they’d not been cleaned in ages. A smell of definite decay came from my vegetables.
They brought the bread late.
And my drink is still empty. Horrible service with food that is subpar.
The food was tolerable according to my coworkers. I saw the overly salty food as a vain attempt to add flavor. Fail. Total fail.
I feel like I need a shower. So dirty.
1 hour 20 minutes from seat to check. And I’m still waiting for my card back. Really?
And the bathrooms are worse than an off brand truck stop.

Great service, I had the combo dinner sirloin steak & salmon. Steak was cooked perfectly, salmon was good also. I would come back to eat here again. Portions are good size and the rolls are to die for. They are so fluffy and light and were really good with the butter. I also has the wedge salad with blue cheese and that was great! So not a bad place to eat.

Had drinks and potato skins with a friend here. The margarita was very good. The potato skins were very over cooked however. I don’t think I would give them another try. If they mess up a simple appetizer there is not much telling what the rest is like.

It’s like Appleby’s … but less hip and more family friendly.
It’s like TGI Fridays … but less annoying and not as cluttered.
It was described to me as the only place in the area that doesn’t throw peanuts on the floor.
The bread rolls were soft and really delicious. I got a bacon patty melt which was pretty good — and very greasy and juicy. The fries were a bit dried … as if they’d been sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours too long.
Service was great and she kept our drinks refilled. Good place for a sit down lunch with fast and friendly service.

i asked for an shirley temple. she carded me. i asked for an arnold palmer, she asked what that was. that my friend is cute. it looks just like applebees, smells like applebees, but tastes a whole lot better.
