Kepler College takes astrological education to a new level. Using over ten years of experience in teaching astrological principles in an academic environment, we have created a new certificate program for individuals who want to stretch their understanding. Don’t take classes that present just a single point of view — At Kepler, we make sure you learn (and get to practice) techniques, methods and approaches to interpretation from multiple time periods and multiple points of view. We give you the tools to critically examine different approaches and decide for yourself.

We also know that if you are taking a course in business, you want someone who knows how business works. If you are taking a course in relationships, you want to know that your instructor has a background in psychological principles. We can give you that assurance. Our faculty are chosen for both their astrological expertise and their knowledge and background in the areas they teach.

History

Established in 2000.

Actively interpreting the connection between the cosmos and nature as well as between the cosmos and human being are ways that cultures worldwide have dealt with issues of change — changes in individual lives or changes in one’s society or nation.

Today we would call many of these practices astrology, and for the last 400 years they have seldom been studied in depth in an academic environment. Kepler College was initially incorporated as a non-​profit organization in 1992 by a group of academics and astrologers who wanted to see this widespread and controversial subject studied in an academic environment. While the economy has taken its toll and we no longer offer academic degrees, we still adhere to our mission to offer a deeper experience and broader understanding to students serious about the study of astrological practices.
